Huey has nothing to do with the patch. Huey is a 3rd party module.

 

And 3rd party said they would wait with the Huey until the 1.2.4 was released.

Nice to read about 1.2.4 changelog, but sad not to read anythings about the Huey...or is it related to SUBJECT TO CHANGE ?! :music_whistling:

 

Wags said in BelSimtek section that this change log only applies to existing products so it doesn't mention UH-1, and that Huey will be released with 1.2.4.

Well, since multiplayer will soon be possible with DCS ( Pilot/Co pilot etc) There is no reason we have to limit it to just 2 players.... Therefor I DEMAND the DCS Boeing B-17!!!! Pilot, co-pilot, navigator, bombardier/nose gunner,top turret gunner, radio operator, waist gunners (2), ball turret gunner, tail gunner. : D

Please remember that we have never advertised a new MiG-29 cockpit for FC3. We already responded to several community requests for new features and thus increased development time and thus price. There will always be some additional feature that would be nice to have, but if we are to ever finish the product - or indeed survive as a company - we have to draw a line somewhere.

 

 

100% agree Matt. There is plenty digest for sometime now until the next money maker (DCS:F/A-18C) :music_whistling:. You guys need to move on to the next adventure. :thumbup:

Indeed. Granted I'm chomping at the bit for the Russian fighters like MiG-21Bis and SU-27SM (why couldn't the Russians make a SU-33SM:cry: ), but when the next DCS fighter comes out, be it F-18 or F-15, it is getting added to my hangar. I love all the fighters:joystick:

Can't wait to see the cockpits. I am really excited. A little bit disappointed that FC3 won't have updates for the Mig or Su 33. But I understand about limited resources. I hope they don't give up though, and perhaps someone ...ED partners or modders can take the opportunity to update the Mig and Su33. I am willing to pay another 10$ for the extra update.

Only problem is the 29 is far more popular than the base SU25 and the A10...

 

It should have been done instead of one of these...

 

I generally only fly the Mig and will never bother with SU25 and the A10 even with great cockpits...

Agree. Moreover with the SU25T as a freeware and with the existance of the A-10C as a "real" DCS module.

Lot of people like to fly the A-10A and about Su-25A, because it has AFM to me it would make more sense to make it with new 3D cockpit also.

 

I don't disagree that MiG-29 is more popular, but you don't know the reason why it wasn't done with new 3D cockpit (and model) for FC3 also... it might as well be someone is already working on MiG-29 module(s) or simply few ED modelers started on Su-25A pit long time ago and it would make sense to finish it and include it (same for A-10A)... keep in mind that ED are in fact listening to its customers lot more now and these new cockpits are very nice bonus.

 

Su-27 is more popular than MiG-29 and is better match for F-15C... its new pit is simply awesome and you will love it, but also don't diss the Su-25A, with AFM and new pit it's real blast to fly as well ;)
