This really will be a superb module.. very nice work The_Fragger.

Will gun pods be available for this chopper?

Or perhaps a Spanish Bo-105CB GSH (20mm belly gun)?

HP G2 Reverb (Needs upgrading), Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate. set to OpenXR, but Open XR tool kit disabled.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), DLSS setting is quality at 1.0. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC... Everything needs upgrading in this system!.

Vaicom user and what a superb freebie it is! Virpil Mongoose T50M3 base & Mongoose CM2 Grip (not set for dead stick), Virpil TCS collective with counterbalance kit (woof woof). Virpil Apache Grip (OMG). MFG pedals with damper upgrade. Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound... goodbye VRS.

I really would like to, but I've no information on how that gun, rocket and targeting stuff work. The cockpit also looks different. So please give me time to finish the basic stuff. Once the Bo-105 come out I gonna cross your bridges before you come to them smile.gif

Nice! Really looking forward to these two light tank destroyers. To me the 105 is a very good looking helicopter, maybe it's because I'm Swedish.

Edit: What is the differences between the anti-tank version and the liaison version? To me it looks like they kept the rear cabin in the PAH. Is it still able to transport three passengers+luggage?

Excellent work The_Flagger!

off topic..

As a electrician myself, I know this stuff. It's just that I really never heard of using the word "megacycles" before. ;)

As an electrician you should know that Hertz is actually the definition of ''cycles per second''.

We ''electricians''use the name Hertz instead of ''cycles per second'' because of Heinrich Hertz, a great German physicist who was the first that actually proved in practice the existence of electromagnetic waves.

''Megacycles'' word, was, and maybe even today, is used when a radio station advertises its frequency.

The PAH have a more powerful engine and in the PAH Rear Cabine are all the weapon computers located.

So will weapons be simulated after the first release? I read earlier about you receiving an email saying that you couldn't do it, but has that/will that change given that the BO is being phased out in favor of this beauty?

Hi Fragger,

on the 4th of January you posted two screenshots of pressure and temperature gauges. I noticed that, just like in the Huey, the dials are rotated over to one side.

Can you please enlighten me on why they are like this? I really have no idea. :)

Gruß!

In the Huey it's so that the normal position for all the gauges is in the same direction, I'd imagine a similar thing applies here.

reason is very simple. The rotation of the gauges is for the pilot making him easier to read the gauges when he face an extraordinary situation.

So when everything works fine, all needles point in the same direction. This will give the pilot a homogeneous appearence when he looks at the gauges.

Since the gauges are from different manufactures the green areas are in different locations.

Occasionally, they rotated the gauges so that all the green areas are in the same direction.

Hey Fragger!

Anything new?

Not in the moment. All I've done is completing the Overhead Panel. News follows ...
