The 504th and 44th have historically participated in private Red Flags using Lock On Flaming Cliffs. Both squads have learned much from the experience, and we have decided to expand our operations to other squadrons too, with the aim of improving everyone's air combat skills, increase knowledge and strengthen the friendships between other squadrons in the community. COPE THUNDER aims to conduct exercises under fairly realistic conditions, with all the benefits and caveats thereof.

At a Glance -Our Identity: A fictional Spanish military unit based in Gran Canaria (Cyprus) on the Syria map during the Cold War, planning future operations in Germany. -Ambition: Encouraging innovative thinking, we incorporate MSFS/X-Plane military flights, aim to build a robust manned ATC program, and plan future integration of Spanish Army rotary-wing assets. -Region and Language: Open globally, primarily operating in English, with opportunities for Spanish. -Schedule: Variable Friday-Monday aircrew training (~1700Z EU, 0100Z Americas). Unit-level events on weekends. Training Pipeline: -Phase 1 (Optional): Air Basic Academy (ABA) using the C-101EB, for beginners wishing to learn in a designated trainer, or seasoned aviators wishing to practice the basics. Designed for completion within the ED 2-week trial. -Phase 2: Modeled after ENJJPT (input from a program graduate), train in your desired aircraft or optionally train in the T-38 upon free module release. -Phase 3: Advanced aircraft including Mirage F1, F-4E, and the C-101CC in a specialized role, expanding progressively as we grow. What You Won't Find Here -Airframe Limitations: Fly as many aircraft as you can competently handle, maintaining a standard of proficiency and monthly currency (2 flight hours per airframe). -Rigid Attendance Rules: Life comes first. Participation is expected, but flexibility and common sense prevail. -Excessive Documentation: Training materials emphasize essential, concise information without overwhelming paperwork. -Rigid Hierarchy: All voices matter; good ideas take precedence, and roles are open to everyone willing to contribute. Le 4th Virtual Expéditionnary Air Wing ou VEAW4 est un regroupement d’escadrons de combats, volant sous DCS. Le but de cette escadrille est de mener à bien des missions immersives (environnement tactique complexe, météo variable, jour et nuit, utilisation réaliste des radios, etc…), le tout dans la bonne humeur et la convivialité. L’escadre est composée d'un escadron volant sur AJS-37 Viggen, un escadron "Agressor" (F-5, A4, F-18, MIG-21, MIG-29) un escadron d'hélicoptères (MI-8, UH1H, SA342), un escadron sur F14, un escadron F18, un escadron sur M2000 et un escadron sur F16. Nous recrutons des pilotes ayant déjà une expérience sur DCS et sommes également ouvert à la création de nouveaux escadrons. ll 154° Gruppo virtuale nasce il 19 Agosto 2009 dall'idea di tre amici appassionati del volo, del 154° Gruppo e della storia dell'Aeronautica Militare, e a cui piace ritrovarsi in rete con i simulatori di volo. Il Gruppo virtuale vuole impegnarsi, nel limite delle sue possibilità, nel trasmettere la storia, le gesta e la cultura aeronautica di un Gruppo di volo dell'Aeronautica Militare; il 154° Gruppo volo appunto. Attraverso il simulatore di volo invece, vuole radunare quegli appassionati che, oltre alla cultura vogliono rivivere le gesta e le azioni, oppure semplicemente simulare le attività che il gruppo di volo svolge e ha svolto, nella maniera più fedele e realistica; senza eccedere troppo nel realismo estremo che sarebbe inopportuno ed inverosimile e mantenendo la più alta forma di rispetto per ciò che vogliamo emulare solo virtualmente. Purtroppo ad oggi non esiste un modulo del PA200 Tornado IDS per la piattaforma DCS World ®️, pertanto dopo un attenta valutazione si è scelto di utilizzare il software simulativo del velivolo F-14A Tomcat prodotto dalla software-house Heatblur®️, in quanto presenta diversi punti in comune con il cacciabombardiere tri-nazionale europeo Tornado. Il Tomcat nasce in un periodo tecnologico simile a quello del Tornado e l'avionica ed i sistemi di bordo ne condividono la stessa logica costruttiva e di concepimento, l'ala a geometria variabile, l'alimentazione di due propulsori e l'introduzione del Navigatore/RIO, sono alcuni dei fattori in comune con il Tonka. L'F-14 seppur nato per esigenze di difesa aerea navale, nel suo ultimo periodo operativo ha rivestito ampiamente, se non quasi esclusivamente, il ruolo di cacciabombardiere con la versione A; prendendo cosi l'amichevole nome di "Bombcat". Il Bombcat, come il Tornado, ha utilizzato le medesime modalità di attacco sia in termini di tecnologia avionica e computers di bordo, sia con il medesimo carico bellico. Quest'ultima caratteristica/capacità, ha aggiunto un altro punto a favore del Tomcat, come scelta in ambiente DCS, nell'attesa dello sviluppo di un modulo Tornado. L'F-14BA nel ruolo Bombcat verrà quindi utilizzato unicamente nelle caratteristiche e ruolo impiegato dai Tornado, con la medesima capacità di carico bellico e tipologia di armamento e configurazione, al fine di mantenere il più possibile inalterata l'identità del 154° Gruppo CBOS Virtuale.

Established in 2017 - Unites States Atlantic Command (formerly known as CVW-11), is a multi-airframe, "milsim" organization based out of US Time zones. Currently operating the F-14B (Pilots and RIO's), F/A-18C, F-16C and AH-64D modules. Throughout the year we participate in Wing-wide deployments, annual "Red Flag" wing training, Fighter Weapon School training and much more. We have a dedicated high-speed server hosted at a gigabit data center in the Midwest, USA. This server runs 4 DCS servers each day, offering a host of training opportunities. Nous sommes un escadron francophone créé en mars 2020. Nous sommes répartis par escadrilles volant sur le même appareil. Nous avons tous comme objectif de pousser la simulation toujours plus loin et de repousser les limites de nos appareils. Pour cela, un serveur d’entraînement dédié est en place pour vous permettre de vous entraîner 24h/24h. L’un des point sur lequel nous insistons est la bonne ambiance et l’esprit de solidarité nécessaire pour créer un groupe toujours plus soudé. Nous effectuons également une mission intra-escadron le samedi soir à 21H00 chaque semaine. Voici notre organisation: -GC 1/2 Cigognes : Ce groupe vole sur le sublime Mirage 2000, fini le mythe du M2000-C seulement armé air-air, ici on cherche à pousser le Mirage dans ses derniers retranchements. -80th Squadron : Ce groupe vole sur le somptueux f16, le leader veille à ce que ce groupe multi-rôle maîtrise à la pointe tout son armement et qu’il soit toujours plus efficace. -25th Squadron : Ces destructeurs de chars se spécialisent sur l'A10C II, ce petit groupe veille à ce que la solidarité leur permette de réaliser des missions toujours plus exigeantes. -VFA-97 : Cette équipe évoluant sur l'incroyable F-18 a pour vocation le multi-rôle et la réussite d'objectifs toujours plus variés grâce à leur capacité de projection. -VF-84 : Cette escouade d'intrépides pilotes de F-14, adeptes de phoenix et sidewinder s'entrainent sans relâche afin que cet avion soit utilisé à son plein potentiel. -16-та: Escadron ukrainien de Mi24 et Mi8 possédant un large panel de missions allant de la reconnaissance au CAS. -VMA-214 : Les Black-Sheep sur AV8B ! -ATC Humains -Display solo ou en équipe ! 441 Tactical Fighter Squadron, also known as the "Silver Foxes", are one of the Joint Operations Wing's three CF-18 squadrons that make up their RCAF wing. 441 TFS simulates RCAF CF-18 operations and has been active since the release of the F/A-18C module. 441 TFS has an extensive year-round flying schedule where they conduct squadron training, fly multi-unit exercises, and participate in multi-unit/organization operations. 441 TFS is always looking for keen F/A-18C pilots that can fly at 2100hrs EST! How the Red Squadron was formed... Back in 2019 our C/O was showing a friend how DCS and its aircraft worked. It was then he thought it maybe a good idea to start a UK Harrier based Squadron to see what would happen. 6 years Later we are have a good group that consist of real world airline pilots, Display pilots and military personnel which can lead to some very interesting missions and training sessions. Since the Raz/ED issues we are now transitioning over to the Phantom.

Void Omega is a DCS-based squadron. Our focus is PVP air supremacy. We operate the F-16C and the F-14A. Our training programme is based on those platforms and the T-45C. We are UK-EU based. Operations are usually at 19:00 GMT We are an old but small squadron now ready to slowly start growing. Some of us had been simming for decades, some others are new-ish. We are all about perfecting our flight and team work by stretching to learn immersed in a realistic experience. Expect planning, briefing and debriefings. We are not mil-sim, although we have roles, responsibilities and standard operating procedures you'll learn in order to function. Virtual Ghost Squadron is a team that strives to recreate and emulate the Polaris Dawn “Ghost Squadron” in the DCS: World flight simulator. The original team was formed back in late December of 2011.
