  1. Past hour
  2. Question for you guys, can you destroy the walls around buildings in Normandy?
  3. Just have multiple groups, put them in racetrack orbit at the opposite starting point and with 2000’+ height difference. Personally, I now give my tankers unlimited fuel, so as to avoid needing the set up triggers for replacements.
  4. It's not the age of the aircraft, but access to public data, and ideally the aircraft itself. We don't have a single British jet, even old stuff, as the British government simply doesn't grant access to that stuff. Both the Typhoon and Tornado we are getting are German aircraft. And given that the Russian aircraft themselves only used the R27 until around 2015(with the R77 only existing as less capable export version up to that point) It's actually quite realistic to have Russian MiGs and SUs flying around with R27s up until at least 2010.
  5. I think the AG Radar is screwing with you Make it SOI and press target unlock in case its acting up again. null
  6. No, I don’t have random failures enabled. I was flying in light rain at about 9,500 ft msl in cold weather.
  7. Sorry I mean will you put the correct data card in the module. Regardless of style.
  8. Thx!!!!!!!!!!. It is something that is already essential
  9. tried this a couple of years ago and came to the conclusion that only the first plane in a group could be a tanker. Maybe you can try a follow command. Edit: and if it working please post pictures. Think that give some good ones.
  10. This is WIP and was mentioned in update notes.
  11. ok. close DCS. rename the DCS.Openbeta folder in Saved Games to DCS.Openbeta.OLD. rerun DCS. a new folder will be created. see if DCS will open.
  12. The answer is "No". But it's possible to modify Lua code so you get two successive commands with a single button press/release sequence. Are you sure your "default.lua" is not modified?
  13. If you press twice in rapid succession what happens? In other modules, for example the Mosquito, the second press isn't recognized unless there's a time delay between each press. Now in the Viper I'm not pressing it twice, but the electrical signal seems to be sent twice with a single press.
  14. Another one, which is my point of interest, is that the distance between the wake and the exhaust nozzle is too short. Although optimizations have been made historically, it is still insufficient.
  15. Replying to self. I’ve sorted it thankfully. After wading through various options deleted stuff and reconnected.
  16. Hi, you can save a track replay when you exit the mission during the debrief screen
  17. Hi, thanks for replying. I don't use a recorder and I don't know how to use it. Thanks, just mentioning this in case this happens to anyone else.
  18. The trimming behavior is implemented correct with respect to real life behavior of the aircraft. You gotta do very short taps, it was known to be wonky. The response by aircrew usually was to "just fly the aircraft". That said, there is a Special Setting available to counter this especially for people who have hardware that physically cannot send super short impulses. Like, for some joystick even if u you click something only for a very short amount of time, the actual impulse send by the hardware to the system is much longer. I believe it was this setting: https://f4.manuals.heatblur.se/dcs/special_options.html#stick-neutral-position-smoothing-period (Trimming in the F-4 acts as a modifier of the lever that the bellows use to pull the stick aft as opposing force to the bobweights who push the stick forward, and is hence heavily dynamic and dependent on factors like speed and G)
  19. Today
  20. Yeah, it was funny to me, when people were complaining about Codename Flanker Su-30 saying it's fantasy super secret plane, when Su-30MKI is actully older than Viper we have in DCS, of course devs added some weapons that are not even in service, or are on never Russian planes, but jet itself with weapons that are already in game is preety much our Viper/Hornet era. Btw, I reccomend this mod, even to people who are not planning to fly it, works very well as AI opponent in missions,we really miss something like this in core assets currently, and you can adjust weapons to scenario date. With r-77-1 finally it's F-teen peer in a2a, without having to lua hack FC-3 planes and grant them pl-12. Mod is not breaking IC
  21. Hi, the ATP has been added to DCS now, and although we currently still have the AN/AAQ-28 LITENING in game to support older missions loadouts the ATP supersedes it. I will discuss it with the team again however. Thank you
  22. РЛС, в общем-то, позволяет.
  23. Haven't "flown" the F-4 in a couple of months now and decided to revisit this excellent module... Would it be possible to adjust the trim speed to a lower setting? A tap on the trim switch results in a rather large control surface deflection hence I can never find a "perfect" (pitch-) trim setting. It often under- or over-shoots. Thanks
  24. I don't have that problem (no tinkering with the lua's here). One press the gear goes up, next press it goes down. Never a double action. Only testen F-16 as i don't have the F-4
  25. Hi, we have tested our public builds and flaps are working as expected with controller and keybinds. Please double check for any strange keybind issues, if you still have problems include a short track replay thank you
Translation: The war could not wait, and the 156th regiment at the Mary-2 airfield was transferred from air defence to frontline aviation, promptly retraining pilots from Su-15 interceptors to Su-17M3. Measures to strengthen the strike capabilities of the aviation of the southern districts also affected other regiments and were part of the reforms undertaken in the Air Force. From December 1, 1983, both regiments were united into the 34th Air Division of Fighter-Bombers of the Air Force of the TurkVO, the 217th Airborne Division was also merged here, and a year later the formation of a powerful unit was completed by the 735th Bomber Regiment from Karshi on Su-24. 27. I can't believe I didn't know about this mod before yesterday! Been saying that I'd give my left nut for a proper SU-22M4 module over the last few years, and now here it is. This looks absolutely awesome. Good work, I can hardly wait for it to be released. Watched the videos yesterday, and it was pure joy. Amazing work. One of my all-time favorite aircraft, bad-ass looking as it always was. Great work so far!
