  2. From my testing using cable didnt improve anything notable compared to a USB Wifi stick. Lag and stability was basically the same, assuming theres line of sight from stick to headset; Wifi6 is really bad at barrier penetration. I prefer not using cable for comfort and considering it seems like the USB-C port is the easiest bit to break. Additionally you can connect a compact powerbank to remove the battery-limit for sessions.
  3. Hi, I have this very strange issue on MP only when doing manual start where the 29 for whatever reason will bug out and my ADI and Hud Display wont function correctly and will act as if the ADI is caged and the HUD symbology is static. Unsure if im doing something wrong but I've tried the same procedure on startup in quick mission on SP and worked fine. This only seems to be an Issue after the latest patch. Any help is appreciated, thanks. Track file attached. SPS-Contention-Syria-SARH-20250925-212047.trk
  4. The Vietnam War Vessels mod has been updated to version 2.1.0. This release introduces the RF-101B Voodoo to the pack. While the twin-seat variant included here did not see combat in Southeast Asia, its single-seat counterpart was active in the early years of the Vietnam War. We hope you’ll still enjoy having this iconic reconnaissance aircraft represented. Other changes include: Added navigation lights to the RA-5C Vigilante Added a guard tower to the buildings pack Downloads: https://github.com/tspindler-cms/tetet-vwv/releases Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1vCJvp8jqN1nTK0J4yyWJiKveBn4PJSdB?usp=sharing Known Limitations for the RF-101B: The landing gear doors and covers don't close perfectly The landing gear suspension is not animated The BORT number should be five digits, not three The pilot is generic rather than specific for the Voodoo. Development of a custom Voodoo pilot is out of financial reach, if interested in sponsoring one contact TeTeT There are no pylons present currently, not even for fuel tanks The front gear is not animated for turning Some images from Whiplash accompanying the release:
  5. It better be removable. I don't want my ground crew getting sticky fingers.
  6. Thanks for the insight Dali, appreciate it. Certainly looks promising! Pretty bloody fantastic actually.
  7. Agreed, I just want cohesion in the environment of the cockpit. The issue isn't so much that it's in metric or Imperial units, the issue is that it's a mix. I'd be surprised if an actual 9.12 had such a mix as a Soviet line bird. Sure, the MiG-29Gs were in Imperial, but we don't have a G.
  8. Echoing Tengah - certainly works. Downloaded it specifically to test, no issues.
  9. In the kneeboard the callsigns are given as Raven 1. Should be Springfield 7.
  10. Can we get simple yes or no?
  11. great movie...
  12. Thats how I usually see people describe it. The nav system of our F-14 (without B(U)/GPS/PTID upgrades) isnt accurate enough to be the solo source for precise bombing.

  15. VSN has their own discord server, you’re much more likely to get a help there than on the ED F35 forum.
  16. Tbh if its useful and realistic, whats speaks against it besides the time+money spent to implement it? I like when the AI WSO/RIO is being helpful, also adds to the immersion, makes you feel like the backseaters isnt just an interface but actually being helpful. Somehow I thought Jester already does the callout, but I mustve imagined that
  17. Seems like generally the F110s werent fitted as well for the Tomcat; most of them stayed on TF30s anyway. A bit ironic that despite all of that, the 30s had more issues with stalling. Guess they really like getting maximum, undisturbed ram air effect. Could be interesting to compare the fuel usage in mach 1.6 - 2 afterburner. Tho im too lazy for that currently.
  18. If the module is done, they should take the early access tag away then and call it released. But the module isn't done. It is entirely reasonable to expect developers to continue to invest man-hours into modules labelled "early access". On 17 September 2021, BINEWY stated AI like petrovich "is planned for later on in early access". Four years, it's not even possible to ask the navigator to tune a navaid nor is it possible to switch to navigator position and have an AI pilot maintain level flight. These are barebones features of a multicrew aircraft, far below the standard of others in the game and yet the mosquito doesn't even have that. Eagle Dynamics own website states "Early Access is an option for you to play this module in an early state, but it will be incomplete with bugs" As this module retains the early access label then by EDs own definition, it is still in an early state and WILL be incomplete with bugs. In terms of defining "abandoned". This is more difficult to do however the standard at least on Steam is as follows: An early access release is considered abandoned when developers have not released a new update in 12 months or more. I've gone back 29 changelogs, 1 year. In that time only two additions or fixes have been made to the Mosquito. A warning horn has been fixed and a radio command to AI has been added. I haven't gone back further than 1 year as I gave up trying to find meaningful content being added to advance the module toward completion. Rudel, if you're satisfied with the module then wonderful for you. I'm not and it would appear others aren't either. I don't agree the thread is "dramatic" nor do I agree that expecting developers to complete modules is "unrealistic". Not only have there been no meaningful additions but repeated enquiries about ongoing development have gone unanswered. Providing feedback to developers is generally considered part and parcel of early access. The feedback appears to be, there's too much remaining in early access for too long with too little info as to why. Personally, I've stopped making early access purchases with ED as I no longer have confidence in it. I continue to check back and may make further purchases as modules are completed.
  19. I'm not going down to that level of yours. You don't know much about NATO or aviation.
  20. Yes, I see that now! Thank you so much to bring my attention to this very important step! Best regards
  21. I don't think your DCS Mig-29 has gone through any sort manufacturing process So, it doesn't apply. Mine doesn't show any roll tendency after a Ctrl+T.
  22. For the RSBN, they are not "native" on the different airfields. Placing and activating one on an airfield you want to join is your own convinience. In my Air Force, when we wanted to land on a "fortune airfield" in the desert or in the hills in Africa, we used a mobile Tacan, like a RSBN in this case.
  23. What to do if such a folder is missing?

  27. Can somebody explain me the use of creating RSBN Points and Target points in DTC? I did a mission in ME, placed a RSBN car (which is not avaiable for the syrian army btw), set a channel, set the RSBN in DTC and then? what is the benefit? Same for targetpoints. i can to select them in the plane, so what is the sense of this all? Thanks in advance
