I know what PvE is, and it was on a 4YA server: “24/7 training PvE” and I specifically read the server rules about team killing.

I only play on 4Y4 PVE Servers when I want to chill and relax Have you tried PVE (Player Versus Environment) servers?

I find being intentionally team killed not that relaxing, but that’s just me I hope the server admins check the logs and ban that person, at least.

Кажется они больше грохота от двигателей пугаются, чем света фар) ну и рулёжная фара же тоже светит, причём вперёд, а не вбок. Так что она по идее эффективнее в этом плане) Знаю даже случай когда Орёл(в смысле птица) на посадочном курсе, удалении 12-14 км, неудачно пересёк траекторию заходящего на посадку МиГ-29. И фары не помогли) А уж поймать зазевавшуюся ворону у полосы, во время взлёта или посадки - вообще лёгкое дело.

А как ты её нашел? У меня до сих пор в файлах нет.

Hi, Thanks for the 1.2 Update, However, I cannot take off from a runway, winds up to 150 kts, pull the stick back, Nothing-nada, not a pretence at nose up.... So switch to flying overhead on start up, no problem, responsive in all axis.....any ideas Hotas joystic/throttle system. any assitance appreciated, no rush I'm a pensioner I'm sure there are other snags in front of me

For some reason... mine was exactly the same... when I connected to a low power USB it worked... but... it does not get recognized. So although all lights are up but still don't work.

I enjoy playing on public MP servers. I find it relaxing playing on 4YA servers, dropping bombs while drinking a beer. The Contention servers are really awesome since they are like a strategy game or a game of chess. For me the question is should i join a squadron / dedicated guild? I think I might do it in the future when I have some more dedicated spare time.

I've reinstalled my whole OS friend, which included a full drive wipe, and yes I have ALSO tried renaming the folder. As a follow up to my last post, it seems that the crash is now somewhat random. The same mission now crashes on lodaing world assets or whatever. Seems like a race-condition of some kind.

In such a case you can enable IRST search mode. Put your nose on the target. And the target dot will be right in the middle. Often you can put the TDC in the middle, hold the lock button. And just put your nose on target to get lock since your TDC in IRST search covers 4x6 degrees Then you can get radar ranging up to atleast 35 km

We need some more RAF skins...seems like livery updates kind of died for this. I'm sure people are waiting on heatblur to release the official template...

Yeah at first I thought they must have sent me a Super standard. Says ultrawide engine in play... Seems barely wider than my OG. Overall it is a significant upgrade from the OG, but I was really hoping for a lot more FOV. Would like to see if this Lab big FOV option can help any. And of course in typical Pimax style, I had to put tape on something on day one. (Covering one of the cameras fixes the god awful tracking).

As MAXsenna said, it's probably fine. Don't obey in advance, admins will delete it if they mind. Was just a bit of a blast from the past there; the rules have changed about that, and for a while they were enforced strictly enough that I at least avoid mentioning any other games by name.

@CrazyGman There are situations when target is clearly visible from quite far away, for instance contrails or very smoky exhaust (like Mig 29 or Phantom), so being able to point visually and get a lock at extended ranges might be useful

Pretty sure this is a long term known bug or limitation if you do a search on it. Do a search on SCUD and you'll likely find it.

Case in point: I was just shot down by some nincompoop on a PvE training server, which I only joined because someone asked me to see if I experienced stuttering (given the similarity in PC configuration between that person and myself). I won't be doing that again...
