  1. Past hour
  2. Yup, ok thanks for the confirmation. I'll have to take another hard look.
  3. In Moose 2.9.13 the afghan airports are included. The RAT script is part of Mosse, so no special download. Must be a failure in your script.
  4. The VL MICA shares no commonality with the SAMP/T. If nothing else, it would make more sense to add the MICA to the Currenthill Asset Pack's IRIS-T SLS.
  5. Cerppo, I am getting this error. I did not see any install instructions, so I am just wondering what i screwed up. Thank you for all your hard work.
  6. There is some Merch I just wish we was easier to find.
  7. The endurance as shown on the HSD and VSD is currently calculated as h.0 hours instead of h.mm hours and minutes. I'm pretty sure it used to be calculated correctly in a previous version, but am not sure when this was broken. Currently seeing the issue in 2.9.19.13478 In the attached screenshots, the endurance is given as either 1.0 or 2.0 hours depending on the current fuel flow, with no in-between values. The issue seem reminiscent of the odd ETE calculation as reported here. KW_Endurance.trk
  8. Makes sense to me. can ED confirm please?
  9. Hello, @gorandcs. The vanilla MICA-RF missile does not have sufficient energy to launch from a vertical position. If you want a short-range SAMP/T, you can simply activate the disabled TEL Aster-15. To do this, open the entry.lua file in the mod's root folder and delete the double dash on line 146 so that it looks like this: dofile(current_mod_path..'/Database/Vehicles/SAMPT_MLT_Blk2.lua')
  10. Holy thread revival! Thanks for the info though.
  11. I'm fine using trim in every other DCS 'copter I have - Huey, AH-64D and MI-8 but I cannot seem to trim the Chinook for level flight above 140 knots or so or around >50% throttle. When I'm less than 140, I use the CD REL around the attitude I want and then adjust with trim hat, everything's great. Above 140, I do the same and the aircraft pitches hard in the direction I am trimming - if I'm trimming down, it does a nose dive; trimming up it goes nose high. It will stay in trim at a climb rate of ~1k, this gets worse the more power is added. If I just use my joystick, I can find a position at that speed where I am level with out many micro adjustments, but as soon as I hit CD REL, it pitches. I've about tried everything at this point: instant vs center trim, holding and releasing vs pressing trim when in position, various combination of trim hat and CD REL etc. EA bug or am I not understanding something about the 'copter/flight computer? Thanks for any assistance
  12. It would be a good idea to be able to turn off this animation. I'm afraid it might give you a headache in VR . Shimmering manifests itself as a flickering effect that's always visible out of the corner of your eye, and it's not a pleasant experience. Of course, we'll see it once the model arrives, and then we can judge.

  14. Great. With a value of 900 the smoke pod works again.
  15. I'm using Moose 2.9.13. My RAT script works in the Caucuses, Nellis, Sinia and Syria.
  16. Gierasimov's post is the solution to this thread, not yours.
  17. I know you said the M134 would crash on the #2 side of the bird if fired but is it able to be equipped if just using the aircraft for airfield mockup or is it completely locked out?
  18. Today
  19. You are working with an actual Moose version?
  20. Would this be usable with the MH-47 attachments mod to get a visually accurate MH-47G for some good old fashioned SOAR missions?
  21. What is the "Aircraft Control Priority?" I don't recall seeing that before updating to 6.1 on the armed MH-60L version...
  22. Probably could do a Tornado F3 or Brit Harrier.
  23. Thanks! That helped a lot with the Scorpion Helmet overlay in the A-10C2 and I think it stopped the targeting pod being fuzzt when scrolling around.
  24. Kneeboard?... Indeed! That's what I do actually, but I would like to have the plate working as I said; mainly for stuff not present in the beacon.lua file or eaven in the map, like FARPs with mobile NDBs. In reference to what you said, I've done the following: on Caucasus I have my home in Sochi-Adler airport. I then changed the ARK-22 frequency of channel 1 (both inner and outer) to 761KHz. Starting the mission the plate, on channel 1 is blank! I then noticed that the ARK.lua file (the one in Cockpit/Scripts) have not changed, keeping date and time of the first Ka-50 installation. I then changed the first line of the NDB channels of the ARK.lua (line 27) to match the corresponding one in the beacons.lua of Caucasus (airfield18_0), bur still nothing! I'm doing something wrong but can't understand what! This sounds like a challange for the community to help me .
  25. Nightstorm, To answer the above posters question, I found a workable thing but incorporating other hud colors, but to keep it vanilla, it is easy enough. Check out the changes to the lua file I made, you can make changes comparing it the DCS vanilla and perhaps make something to download for those that want a better visualization of the vanilla DCS hud. Just scroll through the posts and you will see my post of the lua file and a later download of the lua file I modified to my liking.
  26. NPI 2.4.0.16 Since I am swaping DLL in BIN folder, then my override is off
  27. When it’s available I’m sure it will be shared on the front page. The FC3 manual won’t help.
