Nice. Glad to hear this great device is rolling out to even more users. Any ETA on the FW support for the extension headers? Would love to solder myself up a Buttonprint to attach to the Rift S. The 6 extra DX Buttons will be helpfull for many things. Recenter VR NVG NVG Brightness + NVG Brightness - And with other creativity users like DeltaFox we will have great extensions in no time. :joystick: And if you ever need a EMS in EU, feel free to contact me. I voted no. Dont't like the idea. I have almost every module in my library, so I don't feel like paying a monthly subscription on top of it... (Just ran the calculation... USD 872.67 plus some on Steam) BUT, if I would be a new simmer and there would be an OPTIONAL subscription based model and have access to DCS. I might be interested in a service like that. Flatrate or themed packages would be another question... Example: 14.99$ a month and have access to everything would make the deal worth to me, if I just took the first dive into DCS.

@gaz2644 What are you running? Rift S? Does SteamVR show as Running? I manually start SteamVR first, then VRK and then DCS SteamVR Mode. Next I do is recenter, since the kneeboaed is relative to your VR Center position!:book: Jope you get it running. Otherwise just wait for the Oculus integration.:pilotfly:

Will be interesting to see the VOIP usage on Stage1+2. Server with established radio protocolls will probably continue to run SRS instead of the barebone implementation of VOIP. (With good reason :music_whistling:) Please dont get me wrong, I like the idea of VOIP integrated. One software less to run, update and no additional server to manage. Just dont see a single reason / usecase for Stage1+2. Maybe someone can give some? I hope we as players will be able to enable/disable voip and mute players? Will be terrible if one side is chatting in one single channel or one player is playing songs or talking garbage all the time just to irritate others... Great point. +1. Keep those controlls tidy

Stupid question: You can controle JTAC's with Combined Arms but you cannot control MQ9 or other drones? This would be something interesting and increase the functionality of the game master. GM can just jump in, give a propper 9-Line over SRS and return to other GM tasks. Just waypoint, altitude, orbit diameter and the flir camera would be enough for MY needs. Hellfires would be nice, but this would just remove tasking from the active pilots. Of course we would need a BluFor & RedFor Version.

The Virpil Mounts are pretty good as well. Only downside I see is the screw mount instead of a quick mount. They are cheaper than Monstertech/Fox. But heard only good thing about the Monstertech and all their accessoires (MFD Holder, Mouse plates and all the good stuff).

You are using Oculus Rift S as well? Are you using the DCS Start parameter --force_steam_VR? Looking forward to the Oculus Implementation, Rider. Would be awesome if you get this to work without the Steam Bottleneck. You should think about a donation button ;-)

You need to define the right measurement system within fusion 360. How to change Units in Fusion 360 Doesnt your 3d Printer come with a software? If you dont want to change anything, you don't need fusion 360 at all. Just drop the STL into your 3d Printer software and generate the g-code. Btw. When you are done changing the model, right click on the body --> Save as .STL ;)

Do I correctly interpret your statement that you are keeping an Stable and OpenBeta branch at the same time? As other stated, a OpenBeta install is about 180GB. Most of it is because of the additional Maps, so expect even more in the future :music_whistling::smilewink:

Yep. This rotation "hack" works luckely for most WACOM Tablets. Would be nice if they just included it in the wacom drivers.

I think the mic clicks can be enabled/disabled in the settings... Check them. They are On by default, but maybe you switched them off by accident? Check the TX settings

But there is still a name on there... :smilewink: Many squardrons just run custom skins to get the name on there. This would make it a lot easiert to manage. +1

The Intuos M is pretty perfect IMHO. Turn it 90 with some config work and you have a great DIN A5 sheet on your kneeboard. Works great over Bluetooth or wired connection. This is.. is.. simply awesome :thumbup:. Congrats. This would be perfect. Thanks for your work.

You mention Open Composite quiet a bit. You didnt ever try it for DCS by any chance? The Virtual Reality Kneeboard (VRK) Mod requires to run SteamVR. DCS runs very smooth with the Rift-S... but since Im somewhat "forced" into the SteamVR, I'm looking to optimise it a bit. I've installed Open Composite. But if I start SteamVR with --force_steam_VR I get an error message: "unknown string poperty - dev:2, prop:7000". If you have an idea, let me know. Thanks :)
