Some major things that I picked up from skimming the podcast: - They've gone past the development milestone "which puts it in a position that [RAZBAM] can be pretty certain that it's going to the user's hands and [a] really really really close term" (16:09-16:38) but Ron refrained from disclosing a specific release date or month or timeframe. - What not to expect for EA is the TFR, some A/G radar modes, and some weapons (44:17-44:36) I suggest listening the podcast for yourself since the two points I just listed are of course just two snippets from a 47 minute long podcast and there is definitely a lot more interesting stuff said that I didn't include.

Every time I've used it, it rearms the CMs unless something drastically changed recently. If you're determining the CM count based on the counters on the back, they are purely counters and do not tell you the true CM count. Maybe I'll give it a test later today to see if anything had changed. -
Would you consider making the E carrier capable IN GAME please?

You can try landing it manually with the hook and then using the full length of the carrier deck for a take off. -
You do not use the sliders. You rearm just like you normally would and it should automatically get rearmed. If you want to change your ALE-39 loadout, use the Ground Crew menu option.

When you rearm and refuel, you will rearm your chaff and flare load. Those sliders were not intended to be manipulated anyway as they caused problems. If you want to change your ALE-39 loadout, use the separate ALE-39 loadout Ground Crew option. -
IIRC the F-16's DTC is supposed to have the ability for MFD page preferences.

Bug: When the RIO ejects out of the F-14, RIO seat's arming tab/ejection seat safety tab remains (both in 1st and 3rd person). Can I reproduce it 100%: Yes How to reproduce/description: Step 1: RIO ejects. Step 2: Either look at the RIO seat from a first person or 3rd/external view perspective. Does the DTC IRL have the ability to store custom radar and MFD settings? For example, I like to use RWS instead of TWS for BVR A/A combat and it auto defaults to TWS when you switch out of BVR mode into Dogfight or NAV mode. I also know some people like using a Hornet style setup with the MFD pages and you cannot change the bottom row MFD page buttons.

I've noticed this as well but only with SSAO turning on. Once I turned it off, I didn't notice it. -
Looking at the raw LUA files themselves state the NR_max and gload_limit (depending on the missile API). Other missiles seem to abide by these values a bit more than others (AIM-54, IR missiles). Idk, DCS is complicated.

The AIM-120s also have a NR_max/gload_limit of 30. But I've never had problems with the SD-10s missing due to high G defenses anyway, especially if you launch within parameters. I've actually had more experience with the SD-10 being super maneuverable compared to the AIM-120. Here's a clip of one of my SD-10s pulling massive Gs to hit a target: https://imgur.com/a/mjoPzBc Maybe a track and tacview is needed for those types of situations where you describe the SD-10 not pulling enough.

Ok I updated the mod to V1.2.0 so you can just drag and drop the zipped folder that you download into your mod repo and it should work with OvGME (and it works with mine). If it doesn't, try the manual method of installing the mod by just dragging and dropping the CoreMods folder into your root DCS folder.- 34 replies

At least most servers do not have the script IC check enabled. The pure texture IC is pretty annoying however especially since it was super sudden and not mentioned in the changelog iirc.

The "Iranian F-14 Weapons Pack" should be the one in the mod repo folder and not the folder that has the version number (i.e. "Iranian_Weapons_Pack_(V1.1)"). Maybe in the future when I have the time, I'll make a mod archive version that eliminates any possible mixups.- 34 replies

When you activate the mod in OvGME, go into the main DCS installation folder, CoreMods, aircraft, F14, open the entry.lua, and check if it includes a line that has DSplayerWeapons.lua in it. If it doesn't something went wrong during the installation (or the game overrode it somehow). If it is there, maybe something happened with a recent update and broke the mod. Also it is important to remember that you cannot have multiple mods that edit the entry.lua file installed and have them work at the same time without modifying the entry.lua file.- 34 replies
