Maybe some assets that were deployed across many theaters or years: - AAA like Oerlikon GDF 35-mm and Bofors 40mm. - SAM like Nike or Bloodhound. - Maybe some NATO attack aircraft like A-7 Corsair II or Jaguar? -
A timer or mid-mission switching of the weather preset would be a lot better than the completely static system we have now.

I also have issues with AI F-4 flying into the ground on very regular basis. It almost always happens when the AI F-4 is doing a split-S.

I think I’ve found a bug: ships in the Knox-class family appear to have non-functioning radars and do not trigger any RWR indications. This is especially apparent with USS Gray, which can fire RIM-7 Sparrow without any RWR warning

Dynamic weather has been mostly untouched since DCS 1. It does not even support the "new" clouds from 2021.

Interesting. Which systems can fail via the random failures in F-16? I know about ME failures not being available on F-16, which is a shame.

Still an issue as of time of this post. Change log reported it fixed, but it is not.

Sadly, like with many other DCS things, this seems to be the case. A "temporary" workaround is to give tanker a race-track orbit so that AI can at least refuel in the straight part of the track. However, the refuel times will be very long.

I noticed the same. And it is not limited to AI F-16CM either, same thing happens with other AI planes. What is more problematic, sometimes they do not even finish the AAR when the tanker is turning.

This is also the case with Almirante Lynch and Almirante Condell. The issue appeared at the same time as the one with La Combattante. They either hit themselves or fire the Harpoon in the water.

When firing Harpoons, the missiles fly into the water a few seconds after launch. This is on the latest patch as of now, DCS 2.9.9.2280.

Yes, this latest update just solidified it as the best map in DCS by far. A must buy.
