  1. It seems to be stemming from late activation: My tankers (Tex 1+2 etc) are activated by a simple script. When they come "alive", freqs, tacan, behavior etc is correct: but they have all the same name: Texaco 1.
  2. I could provide a track, but I am using mods. Btw- this is a MP mission (played offline though- with clients). Also- this is not the first time with this problem. I'll see if I can duplicate and send a mission.
  3. Example: In the mission editor- I have two tankers: Texaco 1 + Texaco 2. I give them callsigns accordingly in the ME using the interface: Texaco 1: CS: Texaco 1-1 Texaco 2: CS: Texaco 2-1 Calling the tankers up work on the frequencies: HOWEVER- They are BOTH listed as Texaco 1-1 (And responds with the callsign Texaco 1-1) That makes it difficult to see which you are contacting (The only way is to locate them with TACAN, fly cose, and the COMS menu will list the CLOSEST on top) And for people dropping by- please don't tell me to use different callsigns for the two- that is not the point. The point is that set callsigns do not work ingame. (I have ARCO and SHELL tankers on other tracks).
  4. Judging by the screenshots and videos it will be worth the wait;) Take your time- just eager to play with toys is all. Thanks for taking the effort making stuff like this for us!
  5. With Barthek's texture mod- Normandy looks superb. Better than the Channel map even, in terms of colours. Some people bash Normandy, but apart from the colours, which are indeed off- the map looks good and runs good in the Normandy area. The outlying areas (Le havre and east and England) look bad.
  6. Looks like static crewmen to me. No shooter pointing down the cat. This scene can easily made with current assets and is no proof of implementation. (Would be nice though, ofc)
  7. I'd like to have a crack at playing with some textures for the Patuxent. But from the files I see, I can't seem to spot the relevant texture file for the hull.

  10. It crossed my mind that the Handy Wind might be an excellent stand in for a supply ship acompanying the carrier strike group. I know that there are some mods available of various quality- but everything that can be kept to base game is a bonus. Currently I don't have the know how to whip up a skin, but I figure it could not hurt to suggest it, as I think it is something a lot of people could be interested in.
  11. In a multiplayer session a week ago, we had to members have their screen turn all black mid flights. It seemed like a CTD, but the way it was fixed then was by jumping into F2 view and then back inside. Never had it before.
  12. As the title suggest. I love AIRIO and it solves 90% of my needs in regards to Jester, however, sometimes it would be very nice to have the normal wheel with the normal functions as a supplement (I can't understand why it is disabled). YES- I know I have the 'Jester options' option, but I strongly dislike that it removes the cockpit and I also don't love using voice commands to move through menus. Having AIRIO as well as a functional standard Jester wheel would literally be the best of both worlds.
  13. If you consider doing re-releases; would you consider doing the music without the 'ambient war' stuff. I would prefer a pure airfield ambience (Merlins flying overhead etc.) without gunfire. I can make that myself, but the collection of 'oldies in the score was great:)
  14. Do the Mossie have the same "physical" lightbeams from the landing light as the P-51 and B-17? Was hoping they moved away from that by now.
  15. I get framerates below 30's over Guam low alt. (1080 ti/1080p, SSD, i7, 32 gb ram). This is the only map with this kind of performance. All the rest have fine performance. But yeah, it looks good..
  16. Regarding ARIO: 1: When can we hope to see a lantirn update now that Jester can wield it? 2: When using 'Jester options' to use the Jester wheel with AIRIO enabled, the physical cockpit disappears. Anyway to stop that behavior? Love the product and keep up the good work!
  17. Just land on one of the grass fields with a Spit and look out side the pit. Lympne for example. But the wing-clipping is not the main issue- the grass is still too long regardless.
