No maps come with missions or campaigns. I assume that you are flying WWII a/c?
The Epsom campaign was mentioned, also Charnwood is another great paid campaign.
Reflected has made some great free missions that are not campaigns but have a randomized mission type and enemy which makes them enjoyable and replayability is high. They're available in the user downloads or by searching the missions thread.
You might find the some runways a bit short for some a/c and some parking spots are on grass and most modern jets won't be able to use those few spots to spawn but other than that all will work.
Before starting the engine with the rearm screen you can reamr your a/c and I believe that you can rearm your wingmen in the mission planning screen before you hit fly.
1. Is correct..
2. You can't. You need to do it the old fashioned way. Know your total fuel before starting, keep an eye on fuel flow and calculation while in flight. Prior to flight you should have an idea of how much fuel is required and when tanks will run out. The correct procedure is to begin with the outboard tanks and when the indicator light illuminates they are empty and switch to the inboard tanks. When they run out the fuel gauge will begin to move.
Is the Scenery Finder still working in 2.5.2.19157 Update 6?
I am getting the same message as Christofer was getting in post #412
I did double check and the MissionScripting.lua was edited so that is not the reason.
Failing that, has anybody used it to collect some target data from the Normandy Map and are they willing to share the data?
Static object destruction seems to be inconsistent (almost said hit or miss) in Nevada as well. We have been Bombing Creech every third mission and keep coming back to destroy the fuel tanks and ammo storage and the building are all back next time we go. Other buioat Pahute stay destroyed. So not sure what is wrong, this worked before.
No. There was an official answer to this question from Nineline that the focus is on Summer of 44. It was also in the early discussion of the map after ED took over.
Nineline did mention that it was a remote possibility in the distant futurer that this may be revisited and could get a fourth season. Of course this would also be a rich opportunity for one of our terrain modders to make a winter texture since the mission editor uses the spring texture from Jan to June and the fall from September onwards, should be able to slip a different texture in without upsetting too many.
And they had to bring in Belsimtek to finish it...
And if not Razbam, who? With Belsimtek now integrated into ED, Razbam is the largest, most capable 3rd party and the only one with more than one released module...
Assigning spots didn't do anything for me, however doing as suggested and clicking on every static a/c on the unit list made all the difference. Very strange.
