  1. I was able to map this natively without TARGET or any LUA tweak.

  3. Trying “X” while expecting “Y” and getting “Z” is a bug. Trying “X” and “X” doesn’t work at all is not.

  11. If we’re responsible for trouble shooting the product, then we should be granted at least a little latitude to discuss the overall process. God forbid anyone might offer a suggestion to streamline or better focus things.
  12. You’re absolutely correct in saying that about OB.... But, how can we dissect aircraft systems if there’s a flaw in the core game that causes MP crashes? How can we dissect core game items if there are graphics glitches that make nominal operations impossible because objects can’t be seen? IOW, nothing exists in a vacuum so how best to isolate individual issues as long as multiple layers of DCS are in flux? Total wishful thinking, but it might be better to develop separate branches of OB with: - Aircraft Development (Graphics might be rough, but who cares if the new systems introduced work?) - Core Game Development (Aircraft might be rough but who cares if ground units properly avoid buildings, SAM belts behave in an integrated fashion, the AI is useful and the server doesn’t crash?) Graphic Development (Aircraft might be rough and systems might be basic but who cares if all the lighting and atmospherics are making steady progress and the fidelity of the world is improving?) People could choose to participate (or not) in one or all of the above branches and feel like they’re making concrete contributions on specific things and not have to continuously wonder whether something is actually not working on its own or being caused by an unrelated aspect. If wishes were horses...
  13. Yeah, I’ve seen SPIs and Azimuths from AI CAP flights. In fact, it drives me nuts that Hogs can see AI flights on the TAD but not human-flown fighters. But I’ve never seen ground targets assigned via the F10 map (unless I’m missing the OPs point)

  16. F6 puts a camera on the ordinance CTL + F11 just before impact will freeze the camera’s position in space <sniped>

  18. This is not a question you ask of ED... It’s a relationship where you, the consumer, set the rules. Don’t want to deal with EA, then don’t fly OB. Simple...

  20. It’s entirely possible to feather the wheel brakes while holding the nose up and applying the extended air brakes.
  21. How about invisible objects and tankers? Kinda more critical than the lighting (which really only affects the PG Map)
  22. Looks like you’re flying in a very strong crosswind. Does it center up if you flip the DRIFT C/O switch?
  23. You can lead a tanker’s turn or you can also turn on to an oncoming tanker in order to avoid a prolonged tail chase.
