  1. Hello DCS community, Did you guys noticed the transition that is noticeable when the aircraft transitions from landing gains to cruise gains ? almost as if the aircraft wants to pitch up by itself ? Behaviour on ground: it really feels wrong, i do not have fighter time but i have jet engine time and the way the F-16 behaves on the ground feels really off, especially on landing with no wind, it is almost impossible to brake evenly and keep it straight on the runway, i almost always find myself skidding down the runway with one rudder pedal almost fully deflected while trying to brake. The airplane has in general a tendency to weer off the centerline, this is normal in most airplanes but here i feel it is exagerated. It is very hard to do aerodynamic breaking; especially for people who have FSSB sidestick, it requires a huge amount of back stick pressure to keep the nose in the air after landing .. too much if you ask me. In most airplanes you have to apply a bit of differential braking and at the same time some rudder inputs to keep it on the centerline, but here it really feels off. But in DCs i feel like i loose control of the airplane very easily on ground, airplanes don't skid like if they were on ice like that. other users feedback welcome and i would like to know what you think and if this is something ED could please have a look into it ?
  2. Cursor zero everytime you are done using your SPI. Else when you slew your SPI around you induce a delta from your active waypoint and you will steer indeed to the delta you created. Watch also for the CZ mnemonic being highlighted on your HSD accross your OSB at the bottom right of your MFD, it will highlight on the HSD page, TGP page, to notify you that you created a delta from your current active steerpoint. CZ must be part of your routine before you exit A/G mode.
  3. It is ready, but not loaded :)
  4. I am the only to have the feeling that the jet is underperforming when loaded with bombs and jammer pod ? i know it causes drag, but i can’t get past 350 kts in level flight at 25 000 feet. My loadout is 2xAIM-120c, 2xAIM-9x, 2xGBU-38, 1xAGM-88, 2xFuel Bags,TGP,HTS and ALQ-184 long.
  5. Truth is that the only time the F-16 feels right in DCS is when in CAT I. In CAT II it is very slugish and in Landing gain Mode it is even worse. Make sure you have it in CAT I for now until they fix it.
  6. Hahahaha, it is all good mate.
  7. Master ARM is armed.
  8. Good, no changes yet so it should still come out today.
  9. no. this is a serious question.
  10. Problem solved, precision mode turned off, works fine again. Thanks !
  11. I use a FSSB R3 Okay, i will run a repair and report back
  12. Hello, System specs: I5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50 GHZ GTX1050TI 4GB Memory 64GB 1Tb SSD + 1Tb HDD MAP: Nevada MAP (happens on every MAP) The mission is a custom build one, a flight starting in the air that has for objective to strike a container on a target range. Track File: https://mega.nz/file/JxRxBQzb#ZFaav6JHNAVI7n8r67HbbU3ljSGvWHOsitGm7CTsUB8 Issue: When pressing the first trigger detent in order to fire the laser, the airplane is not responding as well as it normally does. Usually after dropping the bomb i make a left/right turn to offset from the attack axis while watching the time countdown on my TGP, when at 12 seconds i press the first trigger detent and the airplane immediately feels heavy and the roll rate is reduced and like i mentionned earlier it feels very heavy. I cross checked my keyfiles to see if something was wrong in that area, but i couldn't find anything.
  13. This is a really good idea from ED ! Well done.
  14. When are you pressing the weapon release button ?
  15. A damn sexy airplane, I love the ergonomy of the cockpit and the avionics.
  16. Hello Community, I have been testing the JDAM's on the F-16 for the last 5 hours or so and i am wondering if anyone else has the problem with the JDAM's, GBU-38 hitting long when having the TGP crosshairs on the target ? In order to hit spot on or close enough to damage the intended target, i need to place the TGP crosshairs slightly before the target. All this is done in PRE mode.
  17. Good news !
  18. Hi Heidi, Tell me what kind of WW missions you want, I can do that for you.
  19. To make an SA-10 attack realistic, i suggest you place your SA-10 bataillon and that your place SHORADS and other SAM that protect the SA-10 bataillon itself. For example, at a certain range from the SA-10 site the battery can't fire at you anymore, at that distance place a ring of SHORADS, SA-15/19. At the point were you are at a good distance for a HARM shot, place SA-6/11/17 units. On top of that add ZEUS and other AAA units. Keep in mind that the SA-10/21 are very high value assets adn that they are heavily defended.
  20. Very well said.
  21. That is what i do not get ... why ED is surprised about the communty being tired, we get told something and we see something else. Frankly seeing that now they work on making the MI-24 and Apache into early access just got me even more upset, i totally feel like the F-16 is a bait for other modules.
