    That's a new one for me. Are there instruction you can point to explaining how to do that? Edit: Disregard. It looks like the editor isn't available in the Win 11 Home version. Only Professional and above.

    Wrong? Looks to me like he has it installed exactly like Moza intends. And the Virpil base is almost certainly there to highlight the size of the Moza base. Oh, I agree 100%. In fact, I've already sketched out a custom mounting solution for myself. But that's not what a majority of the people will be thinking when they pre-order this. And those are the people he's trying to reach.

    Properly? He's using it as designed and informing people about design shortcomings.

    I've been wondering this myself. According the Moza website, it's the OEM desk mount so why bust his balls for using it as intended and reporting the shortcomings?

    Negative, Ghostrider. I just said it’s something Jester could be made to do. The poor guy is taking so much flak, i thought it would be something helpful he could do. I don’t really care one way or another.

    (note that you do have an autopilot that can do exactly that) I know, but I fly in VR with point ctrl and reaching behind to throw the switches is a pain. I should just map a HOTAS switch, but I haven't gotten around to it because I don't really use the autopilot anyway. Stupid, I know. Please don't judge me.

    Yep, agree. That's why I was thinking small with just straight and level.

    I hadn't thought of that. There is really no reason you shouldn't be able to tell Jester "Take the controls" and have him continue straight and level.

    Good question. In all honestly, I find it hard to believe that’s a problem in real life. It will be interesting to hear first-hand experience if it is.

    Even when it's released, you can still choose to wait longer to download it until it has the minimum number of features you require.

    Doesn't the European price include the VAT? If so, don't feel bad. After adding sales tax, it will be about the same for me in the U.S.

    I am talking about those 125 combat missions. I see, my mistake. Then in that case, yes, it's still perfectly acceptable to be okay with killing in the line of duty and still be offended by unnecessary swearing.

    The problem with that argument is that cursing is real but the "killing" is not. It's fine to disagree with the OP but that's not a good argument IMO.

    Aren’t we supposed to be able to edit the Jester dialogue sometime in the future?

    Is the server still on the 1960s map? If so, I think that’s why the A-10 and SU 25 or restricted. It would have nothing to do with Heatblur. And the F-4 belongs on the Cold War map as much as any other airplane.

    I would love to be proven wrong. But just saying the words is nonsense. If you can point to someone demonstrating a 21 dps turn with no paddle I will be satisfied. Not saying it doesn't exist, just that I haven't seen it. Look at it this way. If the DCS F-18 is going to be compared it to the RL jet, it should be flown the same way. Frankly, I doubt ED even tests the flight model with the paddle pulled.
