This popped in my youtube recommended videos today.

Its not unsafe to land with ordance still on the jet. When they plan the mission they will try to limit the ordance so that they can dump enough fuel to get to max trap weight or less and still have enough fuel for a pass or 2 before having to plug the tanker.

Shore nose tires 150psi mains 250 psi. Afloat nose tires 375psi mains 350psi. And tire pressures are set for afloat pressures even if launching from boat and recovering ashore (i.e. coming home from cruise) is known.

Is the pinky switch set to on for external lights?

Are you using the T/O trim button or are you setting with the trim tab?

Should've gone away once WoffW but did you set trim before take off?

The generator switches are always left in the norm position.

I'd say finish up old before starting new.

It also reverts back to carrier with loss of electrical power.

When set to field it keeps the AoA light from flashing with the tailhook up. As for use IRL the only time I remember is some pilots would do it for FCLP's.
