I got a DCS Newsletter today stating that "DCS World 1.5.3 Now Available" so I opened DCS World Open Beta and it installed version 1.5.3.50487. This is v2.0.1 I wouldn't worry about it, we are dealing with a complex beast here, and it was a simple mistake to make. I've got v2.0.1 too, but with 3 different DCS World versions installed, it does get a little confusing at times.
