Traditionally, updates appear early afternoon UK time, so it'll be a few hours yet at the very least. I have ordered a new keyboard because my F5 key will be kaput soon :)

I wonder if the hype will exceed NTTR proportions, that was a fun day :)

I'm more curious how ED's file distribution system will handle today's update, 'cause it pretty much went tits up when NTTR was released.

Normandy map is much smaller, though, so maybe the situation won't be so difficult.

You better ask when? start nevada and the update must start of 2.0, after that you can download the new map.

Kia Kaha bro...

Just think what a nice Saturday morning you're going to have.

Nah, States'll be hammering the servers then so it'll be a more stressful feeling of being near, but yet oh so far.

Am i hyped?

Yes!

My mind goes back to kickstarter times today, that dream becomes real today and best of the best, WWII aspect for DCS world it's in ED hands now instead of a 3rd party developer and i have to say: ""ED hands are gold"

But this is exactly my main concern right now, and for the past few days, because i managed to finish the DL of NTTR at its release, after two days......

I would like to see my DL speed at 3.6Mb/s

BTW i bet for release at 4pm CET

I periodically woke up all night checking these forums lol and even in one of my short sleeps I had a dream I had to drive 3 hours to the middle of nowhere to meet the delivery truck and Wags personally to buy the "CD-ROM" disk at a small shop, I got the last one!

The hype is real!
