I was impressed last week by ED but this week they dropped the ball...Still fingers crossed. Honestly the last patch made things worse for me and to have 2 weeks of silence, in the middle of such a mess, after so many months... Sigh, some of us are really questioning where we wanna go with DCS at this rate. I cannot record videos anymore, I cannot demonstrate campaign walkthroughs as none of the versions do what DCS advertises anymore. Meanwhile every other project has been chugging along smoothly. DCS remains frozen in 2.5.6 hell... ... For almost 1/3rd a year already. Almost a 3rd of a year DCS has been in hiatus now. I want to promote the joy of DCS, help share experiences with new pilots, but the random communication's, lack of updates on updates and no ETA makes it impossible. Last week, Communication + patch (even though it made things worse for some) = 10 outta 10 in my book for effort. This week, No patch + no communication on the issue = 0 outta 10. Average's 5 outta 10 for my customer experience. And who knew!? The pilots on my corner of the globe see this and do not want that "DCS Hassle". I know DCS is great brand. The joy education it brings to so many when it work's is outstanding. I just do not see an end to the FPS crisis in site. And if ED does, they aint saying it. Edited May 1, 2020 by Fang333333

Let's shut up and wait. Play an hour or two on Stable, then go outside, write a loved one a note, read a book, watch a movie, go for a walk, visit the elderly... sheesh. You do know that a day has 24 hours i take it and that ED normally releases its newsletters in the latter half of the day?

There is a roadmap already from the Kate herself. When there's news they make us inform otherwise it would be pointless to say: "SC not yet ready. Performance still WIP. Stable has to wait more..."
