Then just create it yourself. Make a txt file, rename it pluginsEnabled.lua , and save it in documents/saved game/dcs/config/. Then paste in the names of the modules whose icons you wish to hide. The module names can be found in DCS/DemoMods/aircraft/xxx/entry.lua.

Same artist as some of the others already posted here. Goes well with the artwork style of other modules.

 

Why does the F-14B have such a crappy low-res image as the wallpaper anyway? Is it a placeholder? It doesn't really go together with the very high quality of the module.

You can not only change the GUI images, but also can change the background music (it must be in .OGG format)
