What does this "ED Declaration" means at the begging of the patch notes?

 I updated my Internet ISP last month, for the same price as my prior ISP, I now have triple the speed and symmetrical (upload at same speed as download)

Am I right in assuming that this is for BOTH versions of the game and it merges them all into 1.    Can’t see a merge mentioned in the notes.    Also if that’s the case, what stuff is NEW for those previously using Open Beta, and which of the updates are for those previously using Stable?

Probably the weapon's used Deka's implementation, while they now employ ED's implementation ... this is better because ED is constantly improving their missile logic.

I complained about my internet three-months ago and they doubled my speed and cut my bill by a third. Sometimes whining is a good thing. 

 

Still no update on Steam. Can't wait to see what the FC3 planes look like.

Those of us on Steam beta, do we have to select none beta version for the download?(so far no automatic update on steam for me)

As it is not on the notes, I assume that the unified version is not yet ready.

Are you on Stable? This patch is under the Stable section

Nah, its all the same now. There is DCS. And thats it.

at home it's 4:04 p.m. I'm going to prepare a pot of coffee because I think it's going to be a long night and I admit that even at retirement age my eyes will shine like a child in front of so many good things.

IF apparently it's the unified version because I launched the update on the stable version and that took it into account
