Some grown men in these forums are more ridiculous then spoiled little children. 

Yeah, its amazing to me, specially because i cant be more overloaded with the insane number of modules we already have that work perfectly well and let you have an amazing experience in MP or single player. Its not like you have nothing to do and this is the 1st big thing (remember Ka50/DCS A10 good old times)

If you start a YT channel about DCS, with original and interesting content, then you too would be able to sample the goodies before release ... or you could try to be a Beta tester, that would work too .... and if you ever try to create a video, you may find that it actually takes several days to create, so a YT video published 2 days ago DOES NOT MEAN the author received the test-build on that date.

I think the YT Channel needs to have a quite a number of viewership in order to get the goodies early, micro channel like mine could only dream and work hard. E.g. Sidekick has posted a vid on dive-toss this morning, he said he has been playing it for days to figure things out.

It doesn't change a thing, if one is yelling "it's all bad", but the worst part is to hit the one with a club and believe that would for sure make them quiet, knowing it's the other way around.

Yes, "enjoying the goodies", as in: rush to learn and understand enough of the module to be able to make a comprehensive video in a very limited timeframe, work around the bugs still present in those preview-builds, write an exciting and entertaining script, record video and audio (not likely to work with a single take), edit the video, upload to YouTube and do all the SEO work. Sounds like a very relaxed "me" time with the brand new module. (<- sarcasm; I feel I have to add this disclaimer in "current year").

Being a YT creator is not as pedestrian as some people seem to think it is. Although, if you are good at your job, find the right niche, have a personality that your audience likes, it can be quite lucrative.

Also, the download speed is unusually slow for a DCS patch, less than a third of my connection speed (and the problem is not on my end).

depends what you mean by slow, just downloaded and installed it in less than 10 mins.   average speed was 85MBs   cant complain at that

bigger issue is my F4 is showing that i dint own it and it needs buying

Something pushed by ED perhaps, as both SA and Kola have the same change (40% fewer trees) and they are by far the most demanding maps we have atm.

Do I need to delete this pack as I downloaded it months ago? Before i download patch?

Yes, as it might cause conflicts if you keep whichever version you use in your Saved Games folder.
