@NineLine I'm just curious where this dispute is in a procedural context. Have the parties initiated formal mediation? Are they engaging in binding dispute resolution through arbitration or within a court system? I'd presume the agreements between ED and Razbam would require some form of ADR as opposed to litigation in a court of law.

Clearly, this matter has dragged on long enough to the point where the parties must not simply be engaging in talks informally. It must have proceeded beyond that by now. Having this very general information, which hopefully would not be viewed as confidential, would be helpful.

I can't get into details, all I can say as there is communication and the goals remain to come to an agreement that can allow everyone to move forward.

Why would any party after such a long fight agree to move forward together. Likely the result will be some kind of split or compromise where everyone loses. Not looking forward to that to be honest.

This isn't long by any stretch of the imagination, maybe for impatient consumers it is, but for those who have been involved in such tribunals and cases, 5 months is nothing really.

Jeez Louise man, thanks for the life lesson, next time someone scams you or steals your money I hope you take your own advice to heart and don't go to the police because there are people living through wars currently that have it worse than you.

There are certainly grounds to complain as customers here so whether you think it is justified or not is your subjective point of view that you seem to display very proudly. 400+ Hours in the F15E in its current state @ $60 = $0.15 cents an hour for me is great value for money.

Had you read through all the previous locked/merged topics you'd know there's a legal reason why the module is still on the store.

Why should I be phased it's still there, it's STILL great value for money if you put the hours in, there's tonnes to learn, it's great to fly, and many others will agree, feel free to throw your teddies and spit your dummy out though, but the fact remains, it still does exactly as advertised, and please show me where any promise is made on the advertisement about leaving early access, considering RB products were several years in early access in the past, I believe the Harrier was close to 5 years in EA before they decided it was complete.
