I bought the F-15E Strike Eagle back in 2023 but haven't really tried or checked on it and its progress. So does this mean the module is totally canceled? If So I want a Refund.

This only means that they are not available for sale now. Refunds are done through the customer support.

I see. The thing is I want a fully working F-15E Strike Eagle in DCS, one of my favorite Fighters. If Razbam pulled out of it, couldn't ED just start a new F-15E Eagle module from scratch?

We all hope for a good outcome to the dispute. The modules after all are great ones and loved by many here.

ED should contact Steam to accept refund requests for the SE outside their normal rules (2h play time or 2 weeks since purchase, whatever is higher). This situation is definitely outside the normality.

Those customers deserve the same treatment who bought it on the official store is receiving...

ED doesn't loose money, its just an exchange. ED is not crafting the F-15E with materials, labor and workforce.

They just aren't earning more, but they will if the development of the F-15E resume.

In the future too? Dont want a HAWK 2.0 Just, please, please, keep the Strike Eagle, Mirage 2000 and AV-8 flyable even with future updates, if this Dispute will not end good.

@Bignewy this is an example of the messaging that hasn't sat well with me.  Of course the public were brought in to this - as they should have been a product that was in EA was/is in jeopardy of being discontinued due to, allegedly, nonpayment by company it was being developed for.  This is alarming, full stop.

Now that you have removed the products from the product page, I really feel as if a some sort of message is necessary from your legal team.  I am really beginning to wonder if the 56 licenses I hold in your store are sound.

Since 2018 - ED or it's partners posts something for early release, I am generally there on day one- that is not the case anymore... this is absolutely going to effect your business short of some sort of clear understanding for your customers. 

I am really not one of those bitter keyboard warriors - looking through my post history hopefully says that... I am just very, very, very concerned.

Ignoring, whitewashing, and disregarding a persistent problem is a poor way to manage customer expectations. 

ED is not managing expectations in a way they end-users expect. When persistently neglected over time, this can cause trust issues in our community.

Many times ED has been accused of not pulling the module from the store. This is what I've been written the whole time. It is RAZBAM who control their modules in the ED store. Může jít o obrázek text, kde se píše RAZBAM modules aren't or for sell anymore? BIGNEWY After receiving an official request by RAZBAM to remove products from sale sale we have done so. All products will be fully supported by DCS and will continue to operate.

Steam have new EA rules. Once they are not updated for year, you will see "dead game" alert in the store page.

Mmmm, I wouldn't call it outsourced. Rather that the SA team needed a publisher, aaaand one can only wonder why Kola was not published by Razbam.

And I'm REALLY REALLY REALLY happy that the BO-105 will not be part of Razbam.

Dear all, I have updated the first post with this:

After receiving an official request by RAZBAM to remove products from sale we have done so. All products will be fully supported by DCS and will continue to operate.

What does this mean? It means the modules developed by RB are no longer for sale (or in the process of being removed from sale). This does not change our current goal of resolving the issue at hand. Thanks all, and once again, personally and on behalf of the team, I am sorry to each and everyone of our customers that are being put through this rollercoaster ride.

I mean sure all software is a license but this is one of the main reasons why I Will not “buy” anything from steam and only from GOG or directly from the dev so long as it doesn’t require a persistent (or semi) online check. Or if Steam is the only marketplace I will look to see if there’s a non-steam launcher. 
 

DCS being the only exception. Guess I’ll be on the customer service later requesting a refund.
