I just bought the F15E, love it what a awesome module,  hopefully things get back on track one way or another.  Love the Harrier too.  Leadership can always be swapped out for better outcomes....

Razbam's reputation in the sim market is fine, they have multiple clients and always had.

If Razbam is forced to pull out ED loses thousands of customers minimum, flat out. Cause I will never purchase a product from ED ever again nor will any of my sim friends or theirs', if Razbam is forced to leave. ED's reputation will be tainted.
Razbam doesn't lose reputation regardless of outcome, only ED can.
DCS is not the only player in town, and hasn't been in a decade.

LOL... Razbam's reputation in the sime market is fine.... LOL They abanoned their products in FSX/P3D

Apart from BMS, what other player(s)  are you talking about? ( No Razbam products there as it's free)

Which other sim out there has Razbam products available to purchase that are current to 2024 standards?

You seem to think you know what will happen, when in reality you are guessing..

you surely see how that wont turn out well.

if they'd do so, i'm sure heatblur would like to rethink their decision to make the eurofighter.

Are you in possesion of all the quarterly sales figures  from ED to be able to determine what's the best selling modules?

I doubt that Razbam are going to get a lot of sales in the near future

Only small minority of customers are loud drama queen mentality. Most just appreciate good products and happily buy well modeled aircraft.

Fair enough, agree to disagree, but to clarify I'm not suggesting the bulk of people will have some in-principle issue with Razbam, only that they will view RB modules will be at greater risk of being unsupported in the near future.

Anyone that has owned an RB module from their FSX days should have always been cautious when they entered DCS world..

It would be good too see this issue resolved. However, it will not change much regarding to the product. ED can't continue development. Razbam won't continue development.
I don't see how that can be settled. ED allowing refunds early on is a big sign that even in the best case of outcomes, customers will most likely end up with a compromised and
unfinished product on some level. If we're lucky the F-15E might remain "as is", but finished and maintained? I don't think so.

That is exactly my thoughts when I saw Razbam as a 3rd Party developer for DCS. I use the term 'Developer' loosely when it comes to Razbam.

Pretty much why I haven't purchased anything with Razbam stamped on it.

This isn't the first F-15 drama when it comes to certain RB Devs, although that does all depend how the individual looked at it. Won't go there though as not relevant to the ED/RB issue, maybe the F-15 is just jinxed.

Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

So, have ED and Razbam decided to hold each other's hands, kiss each other and sing Kongbaya yet?

Yep. Notwithstanding "the problems", it's a riot of a plane. If it ever gets an update(s) and sees more features, I'll be delighted. But as long as it stays at least as it is now and doesn't degrade, it will remain one of my favourites.

My friend, this isn't a negotiation. My terms are final. I have 55.99 plus tax locked in a Mutual Fund account which will be released to ED upon resumption of development.

DCS can live just fine without third parties. Maps aside, the only third parties I have are the mig-21 and the mb-339. On the latter I cannot say anything yet as it is still too new; on the former, however, although not officially abandoned, the situation is way worse than the F-15. As for the ED modules, at least as long as DCS exists, their developer will also exist, thus mainteinance and upgrades are always possible. As I see it, at this point, it is better not to buy third parties at all, or to do it at your own risk, knowing that they may have an expiration date.
