Scogol Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I took extender27's 3rd and 4th picture and also edited it a bit: I used the "Cartoon" effect in GIMP 2. I really like that effect, gives you the impression the picture was actually painted and removes some of the more obvious visual "mistakes" of the sim. And the raindrops in the 2nd picture look cool, don't they?
