Xeno426
I think they're under NDA not to talk about it, but I imagine it'll be something like either an AI controls the other seat, or you can jump between the two seats. I'd really love to see the ability for another human player to take the role of the second seat, though.
71st_Mastiff
I just can't wait to feel or experience the Flight Model to test it's characteristics and the torque, on the rudder pedals and the flight stick.:joystick: I have been privileged to try many things, flying is a passion but very expensive. So if you live near an airport chances are you can do a introductory flight you just pay for the wet rate, and you can experience all kinds of different flying machines.. Jona33
Still really eager, even if I'm the WSO! To each his own. I can barely manage 20 minutes without wanting to fly low level, shoot the gun, eject or attack my wingman. I usually resist that last temptation. Occasionally. :D Always remember. Pyroflash
And with those CFT's it does everything slower than the Eagle! Fixed Edit: Although I kind of wish that the Eagle got the 229's. joey45
^^ Nope. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Pyroflash
We are modeling the 229 engines. Yeah, I meant that the C Eagle should have gotten 229's IRL. Although it's nice that your version of the SE is getting the upgraded ones to offset its heavier nature. If you aim for the sky, you will never hit the ground. Paradox
Is it true that you can remove the CFTs on an F-15E so it doesn't necessarily need to be heavier?
Snoopy
Is it true that you can remove the CFTs on an F-15E so it doesn't necessarily need to be heavier? Yes but we don't fly real world very often without CFTs on E models. v303d Fighter Group Discord | Virtual 303d Fighter Group Website | v303rd Fighter Group Twitter
Paradox
Yes but we don't fly real world very often without CFTs on E models. I think it would be quite interesting to have that modeled in a simulation even if it's not done very often IRL. In what kind of situation would an F-15E fly without the CFTs? What sort of effect to they have on the flight envelope? I hope I'm not being too pressing or anything.

The only time I can think of that they fly without CFTs is at Depot when accomplishing the FCF (Functional Check Flight) although I am sure there are others reasons, just non I can think of. v303d Fighter Group Discord | Virtual 303d Fighter Group Website | v303rd Fighter Group Twitter

sotosev
One question to the 3d party dev team of F-15E. Will you make the 3d pit move around view like F-15C in flaming cliffs?
