This is video was very well made and it is the confirmation that this module brings quality and completeness. They have even worked the full functionalities of the AMU and from what I saw on the previous video the CNI-MU is also fully implemented and this is easier to say that actually doing it. If it would have not been that I have already pre-purchase it the first day it was available, I would purchase it right now. I can see an incredible potential for missions and since the Airplane Company was "new" on DCS I was a bit cautious on this but seeing what we have seen on the provided videos I LOVE IT, another great third party developer that knows how to do its job !!!

For comfort check Globular Cluster Comfort Mod. For audio check Globular Cluster PH2 phones. Colors are exceptional good, these panels are 10-Bit capable (HDR). Resolution is a bit less than G2, but the FOV is much bigger(!!!). Also check my DFR settings file for Quad Views, you can boost sharpness by a huge amount. Binocular overlap is also pretty good so depth perception will be too. Performance is dependent on your system. I recommend to let the panels run in 120Hz mode and SteamVR global SS setting 150%. Rest is tuning the game and what your GPU has to offer (DLSS 4 performance mode, profile K etc.). One very important aspect is IPD setting and finding the right position on your head. The Globular Cluster Mod helps with this. But if you don't own a PS5 you can't take advantage of the IPD measuring and calibration via eye tracking (not yet?!). Finding the right values might take some time. -
My setup in windows is exactly like in post above,and i have display fusion utility which handles monitor setup with a use of a profile with 4 monitors - that screen with number 3 is from my ipad, and i use mfd cougar taped to an ipad air2 which has native resolution which is 2048x1536 - if i change it to resolution to that one of other monitors which is 1920*1080 i will mess my ampcd export for f-18...That left side that is not aligned to rest of monitors is of not use for my export needs...Only if this setup messes with dcs positioning main screen on largest resolution monitor? My monitor.lua and resolution in dcs are all setup right, because when it was working i got all mfds exported in right position...something changed and i don't know what, when i am away for a few months from dcs and when i get back again my export is all messed up.

Check p. 63-64 of SC manual. Basically the game won't tell you pattern altitude. I use radar/DL to check the picture of the stack (that's what you call port holding pattern) and just place myself 1k ft over the highest one but it's very rare in SP to even have someone before you when you get charlie as soon as you get within 3nm. Just good airmanship required. IRL it depends wether it is CQ or COs. For CQ you take whatever Boss/Tower will order. For COs you'll use squadron altitude.

This isnt wear/tear. It is normal and expected behavior that subsequent gear retractions will take longer. You can also see that in various videos if you really want to look for it. I am personally not deep enough into the topic to explain it, maybe someone else from the team can take that over. But afaik it is normal behavior.

investigating M03 - Wingman does not re-attack tank with GBU12

Hi, I achieved everything till point 5. So I had a GBU-12 left and I attacked the wrong tank. The script declared me as Remington and Devil22 is tasked. He took out the first tank with a GBU-12 (Loki acknowledged the hit) and is then tasked to re-attack but instantly Loki confirmed Good Hits, although Devil22 did not re-attack. He still had one GBU-12 under his wing and circles on his waiting position. I didn't make any changes to loadouts or anything like that. -
Great shots. I'll try to get more of mine on. I was there on Sunday but did not have my big lens. My back was playing up so I had to travel light. I had a 18-300 mm lens and found that it is not that great at the long end. I was down at the far east end near the Aircraft Restoration Company hanger. I did not see the mini tank. I wish I had. Looks hilarious. That's what I ended up doing with the take off. There were just so many planes lined up ready to take off on the main runway and the grass. It was too much to photo so I just watched in amazement.

Something like that did cross my mind (I didn't know it is activated by pushing the lever), but I use a hotas bind for the gear. So no mis clicking (I am however also using Pointctrl, so a miss click is never far away and could still be the cause)

Honestly - I don‘t know. But since all of us have night visibility problems, I don‘t think it is hardware related, since the displays should be capable of showing black without halo and the other stuff… As you see, the problem with sunrise/clouds can already be solved by settings in the software. Maybe Pimax / Calvin can make a statement here…

There's anecdotal claims the clipped wing Corsairs had a faster sink rate during landing, but AFAIK there's no actual flight tests that confirm this. -
I am really impressed with the checklists that highlight the switches you need. In my opinion this is even a step farther than the in-game manual by heatblur.

Simple Request. The ability to restrict liveries. Why? Many reasons, the ability to PID by tail flash, single player missions/campaigns that are focused on a certain unit. Multiplayer missions, squadron missions, etc. We can restrict weapons

There is two cents according to my experience so far: After DCS login, wait for 5 to 10 mins (I also launch task manager for monitoring all core activities till they are kind of stable that tells by graphs). Then, proceed step 4.

Here’s one hypothesis that may explain your event. I’ve committed the human factors error of unintentionally activating the emergency gear deployment while clicking the switch for the landing light /taxi light on. IRL you push in on the lever , but in game it’s triggered by a mouse click on the lever. Once the emergency gear extension is deployed , it will not retract.
