  1. I can confirmed. By heading and course. HARM PB Bug.trk
  2. No HOTAS for that function. When youre in MAN mode use ADJ rocker switch to change type of map.
  3. I was talking about switches in cockpit, not about MFCDs logic, that's completly different thing.
  4. Well, you can check the patch notes to verify that. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/changelog/
  5. How to use them? Can't find any jey bindings nor buttons on LSO station.
  6. Yeah, nothing wrong with 120s, move along...
  7. Engines need time to spool down and then up. If you reduce power just before touchdown, to hit into wires, and then when trapped you'll push throttles forward engines may have no time to spool up. If you bolter, you may have not enough thrust to go back into air. EGIW is dengerous.
  8. Also RAID/FLIRFOV long changes between CCD and IR.
  9. Buttons you use in SRS for mic - unassign them in DCS for mic. You need separate keys for comms many than for SRS mic. "\" key is only if you're using "easy communication" or for Intercom. In realistic comms you need to use correct mic switch in DCS to get in contact with station on correct radio with correct freq.
  10. Download this mission and learn on it
  11. Ok, maybe I messed up something, I thought only Win10, but I might be wrong.
  12. Have fun till you can. DCS 2.7 is supposed to go live in a week, and it's not Win 8.1 compatible, only Win 10.
  13. Same as A-10A without TGP used Mavs and LGBU - JTAC or FAC(A) - other plane/helicopter designating target (Kiowa for example).
  14. I didn't see anyone mentioned - you can't use any GPS/INS guided weapons, co na JDAMS, JSOW etc. Laser guided bombs: yes: -12, -10. -16 GBU-24 was introduced in 1984, so it's ok for "Late Cold War". But since you can't use TGP, you'll need a JTAC or FAC(A). CBU-99/Mk-20 is also ok.

    Jammer SOP

Using ECM on distance your're using Sidewinders is useless. It's below burn thru distance, so it can't help you.
  16. Anyone can take a bus to work, but can you crawl backwards? Well, we probably could, but why?
  17. A-10 was designed to fight with near-peer forces - Warsaw Packt. They're just not fighters and need at least local air superiority. But they're fully capable of fighting near-peer enemy with proper tactics of usage of the airframe.
  18. Depends on HOTAS you're using. In Warthog there is a button on cut-off position.
  19. You don't get Miles - bonus points for buing modules - each point gives $0.01 deduction on price of next purchase. Patches are usually later then on standalone, Steam version sometimes have problems with running the bgame, that standalone doesn't have. You pay all the money to the Devs, Steam takes ~30% of the price.
  20. AAR refueling in pitch-dark night and in addition tanker has non-operating TACAN - here you go. https://www.facebook.com/gildia.org/photos/pcb.3954352047991506/3954345821325462 I really can't see where NVG would be useful, maybe in CAS mission, when you have to look for targets on the ground, but in that situation I would choose to ride The Hog And AFAIK Navy regulation forbid AAR and carrier landing s with NVG equipped.
  21. DCS doesn't have implemeted penetration warheads, it just simulates with bigger value of high explosives, so BLU has simply more blast.
