  1. Fantastic news gregzagk!
  2. In case you missed the posts about the initial problems with the release, here it is: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2868741&postcount=18 It has only been stated on this thread. ED has confirmed with me that they would split the campaign. I've submitted all the files, and it is ready to go, but there is a bit work behind the scenes that they need to do in order to implement it. As you can see, they've been rather busy with other things. (F-5, Spitfire, Viggen, Normandy, NTTR updates, etc.) So when this went into the que line, it was rather far down. Just as you, I hope that this will hit the market sooner rather than later. Thanks for checking up on it though! - Apache600
  3. Awesome read there mambo. I really liked the description of the speed (point 6)
  4. That .... makes no sense. I hate to say this, but it might be something with your install. Possibly a corruption of some sort along the way? I haven't done anything in the way of lua scripts, in any of the missions, to affect something like this. (In fact, there are no lua scripts of any sort in this campaign)
  5. Wow, I am late to this party! What awesome news Razbam! If I may ask, what sorts of weapon systems are we looking at? A quick little wiki search reveals quite the varying amount of roles this aircraft can do (At least for the AV-8B Harrier II plus). But I'm curious to know what the Night Attack version is capable of. I see there's a FLIR, HUD, NVG's, and a moving map (-wiki) for the base model of the Night Attack version. Which is outstanding! The "plus" version includes capabilities of AIM-120's, AGM-65 Mav's, and AGM-84 Harpoons! The non-"plus" Harrier seems to have AIM-9's, Paveway LGB's, and your regular assortment of rockets and dumb bombs. And the radar for both versions is Air-Air only, or at least that's what my 5 minutes of research suggests. Any corrections/alterations to the above, from the folks in the know, would be greatly appreciated! - Apache600
  6. After seeing the video from Wags .... start it up, sit on the ramp in idle, and turn the speakers up :)
  7. Helicopter landed!? Well ok then, for-go my last :P See spoiler for help about your next issue:
  8. Fantastic! Glad to hear that it's back on track. head's up: currently there's an issue with the last DCS update, and helicopters can't land correctly. Because of that, mission 8.6 is broken. This will hopefully be remedied shortly.
  9. Unfortunately yes, as of right now (Nov 20th 2016) you still need to own both aircraft in order to have the campaign available. ED should be implementing the fix soon to split the campaigns correctly. @Datek, Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the campaign! -Apache600
  10. Thank you Sydy! I'm glad you enjoyed the MiG-15 campaign, hope you have fun learning the F-86. Just don't forget to retract your speed brakes before takeoff :) - Apache600
  11. That is rather odd. This may help though: Sometimes, if you're following an AI aircraft to the runway, they won't depart because the tower has given you priority, even though you're not the first in line. So to remedy that, you have call tower and request permission to take off, and then call them back and cancel the take off clearance. That seems to reset the AI departures, and then they usually work correctly. That's something I've noticed with playing this through the years. About the trigger in 8.3, unless you went off roading, it's pretty unlikely. That circle in the picture, that says "SU-25T start", is the actual size of the trigger in the mission. Keep me posted! - Apache600
  12. Thank you mambo! It's always nice to hear from people that have enjoyed the campaign :)
  13. No problem. I just tried the mission myself, and everything worked ok. So I hope it is just a taxi direction thing. I am playing the "stable" version. But it to is now 1.5.5, so that shouldn't be an issue. When you played it, did the SU-25T ever even taxi? Or did it make it to the runway and just never taxi onto it for take-off? - Apache600
  14. I would absolutely love this !!! More so in just a FC3 concept! Multi-crew would be cool, 2 slots, one pilot, one gunner. Or just single player, with the ability to have an autopilot do a selectable orbit (speed, radius, altitude) - Apache600
  15. Hey there GregP, The SU-25T starts as an "uncontrolled" aircraft. So there shouldn't be a pilot sitting in the cockpit. Have you noticed anyone sitting in there, even after giving it a good buzz? Once you cross the trigger (shown in the picture below), the cockpit should then be occupied by the pilot, and engines start should happen a few seconds later. (Even crossing the point while flying should do it too) I hope this does it! - Apache600
  16. Not to hijack this sub-folder for mine, but I've had some folks tell me that the same issue is happening in one of my missions in The Museum Relic campaign. Mission 8.6 (F-86 version) to be exact. The Chinook will not land, and the mission can't progress. I hope this repair ticket from BIGNEWY gets looked at soon, and a hotfix can be implemented. - Apache600
  17. Park a soldier or truck in front of the A.I. aircraft, and then either deactivate that unit, or tell that unit to move, when you want the aircraft to start taxing. To do a time delay on an engine start, select the "uncontrolled" box. Then under the aircraft's advanced triggers, you'll find a "start" option in Perform Actions. - Apache600
  18. Hello there Sydy. Click on the "show" button in my response to Patrick (the second post in this thread) The answer is in there. If you need any other pointers, feel free to ask. Glad you're enjoying the campaign! - Apache600
  19. Good point, I've got the stable 1.5.4
  20. I thought I remembered a while back, that if the RN-24/28 did an overwater detonation, that there was a massive plume of water that shot up. Now though, when the bomb hits the water, it's like it was never active. Anybody else seeing this, or am I going nuts?
  21. Here's my vote for the loudest jet at idle power:
  22. What a compliment :) Thank you dresoccer4! I absolutely love hearing it when people say they've enjoyed the campaign. It makes all the time and effort put into the project worth it. As for your question, the next update (v1.03) only focuses on game performance fixes for mission 7, since the frame rates took a pretty nasty dive during the mission. So it's definitely up do you. The "little extra" going into this next patch that i had mentioned in a different post (that may or may not happen on this go around) would be for the players who do not own both aircraft.
  23. You're very welcome! The patched version has already been submitted to the folks at ED. I can't tell for-sure when they'll be able to implement it since there's a little more than just that small tweak (at least what I have planned) going into this upcoming update :) - Apache600
