My FFB2 stick rocks slowly back and forth a slight amount in AP, when in Attitude Hold. Does everyone's FFB2 stick do this?

Thanks @draconus. That makes sense. I guess it's there to prevent the controller from flying off your desk if you haven't got hold of it.

I just acquired a second-hand Microsoft Sidewinder FFB2 today and it's a whole new sim as a result. I've had a couple of flights and am astounded at how much easier it is to land smoothly for example. I want to thank @fat creason and the team for doing such an incredible job. FFB signal seems to drop-out when I leave the stick centralised and untouched for a few seconds. Is this a thing? I'm wondering if I have a loose connection, hence why the stick was up for sale on ebay A Windows USB power saving app I need to switch off perhaps? Something's not right.

Any chance of a peek at this 'To-do' list? Would like to see what, if anything, is missing.

The next ED Patch is 21st of May. Is there another way your loyal fanbase could acquire the updated Campaign files in the meantime? It's my birthday tomorrow. Just sayin'

Is it possible this bug also relates to rolling resistance during taxiing? That too seems inconsistent to me. I appreciate airfields have inclines/declines, plus wind speed/direction is a factor, but there seems to be some inconsistency with this too. As if the aircraft has an unaccounted for increase/decrease in mass, thus it takes more/less energy to move around on the ground. Apologies if you're already aware. If there was an updated list of known current bugs posted to the top of the forum, we'd know not to waste our/your time.

Chig says "Stay froggy", in the second combat mission. I think he meant to say "Stay frosty"?

I would rather HB spend the time fixing stuff that needs fixing, or finish implementing stuff they've already laid the groundwork for (the ability to put out an engine fire for example). In other words, there are bigger fish to fry at this time.

As announced today, there may be a Patch coming Mid April. Would it be possible to get an early glimpse at what HB has planned, if anything, for the F-14?

What about 3D tv's? Is that possible with DCS?

CW 'Mover' Lemoine did a review of the Pimax with DCS just 3 weeks ago and even with a 4090 GFX card was only barely getting 40 - 50fps. In a busy campaign like Debden Eagles most systems would slow to a crawl. My moderate rig slows right down just doing 4k.

Okay, last time I checked VR resolution wasn't good enough to read the dials. Has that now changed? Does it require £6000 worth of gear to make it happen? Does VR give you a much better sense of scale?

I was at the Imperial War Museum at Duxford for the first time yesterday. Absolutely stunning. One thing I was amazed by was just how massive some these aircraft are. The F-4 Phantom II for example, is intimidatingly big in person. That sense of scale just isn't there with DCS. I wonder what could be done to improve that. Lighting , shadows and camera angles must be a huge factor. The level of detail in the DCS models is better than it has ever been (Heatblur's upcoming Phantom II for example), but they still somehow don't manage to convey scale. My wish is that this is somehow improved. No easy feat I grant you.

NOOB ALTERT: If you're in EMCOM and 'zip-lipped', do you trap in total silence? How does the boat know what trap weight to set on the arrester wires?

Cobweb Blue 3 & 4 didn't take off on my first attempt at Mission 10. Perhaps I jumped the gun on the rollout. I taxied after my flight lead: QP-L . It doesn't seem to impede mission progress. A couple of references are made to Blue 3 & 4 throughout the mission, but of course they weren't present on this occasion.

@-0303- Thank you for your brilliant comprehensive systems check. Would you please do a similar check on external fuel tanks? In some cases it seems full ext tank weight is modelled, but the fuel load is actually only in one tank, and/or twice as much fuel in one ext tank and nothing in the other. Sounds strange, but it feels like something's not right.

Why can't I save the mission in the ME once I've made the alteration? I know, my fault for not getting my hands dirty in the ME before now.

TARPS goes on Pylon 5. It's there and it looks amazing.

Perhaps the boarding ladder is not deployed by default, but has to be manually selected by the mission creator in the mission editor.

There are a few long-term issues that still need fixing/finishing with the Tomcat, the fire extinguisher system being one of them. I suspect some stuff will be solved by porting over work done on the F-4. Improvements to Jester for example.
