  3. The Battle for Ar Raqqa, is the fifth and final phase of the Raqqa Campaign, launched in conjunction with the Syrian Democratic Forces against the Islamic State In the Levant. Ar Raqqa remains the only Syrian city under full ISIL control and is thought to be its Centre of Operations. Operations around the city began in November 2016. The intention was to proceed in 2 phases, first seizing areas around Raqqa and isolating the city, advancing on 3 fronts, then to take control of the city itself. The SDF General has reported that so far, operations have resulted in the SDF capturing large amounts of ISIL held territory. Whilst the Syrian regime has been supported by the Russians, both are classed as non-combatants and WILL NOT BE ENGAGED. A No-Fly zone exists, extending from 15nm NW of Aleppo and runs South to the Jordanian border. DO NOT CROSS WEST OF THAT LINE You are an English RAF pilot, on exchange with the USAF 55th Sqn. They and you, have been deployed to Incirlik AFB in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Involves custom voice overs and triggered actions. MDCs and Overview documents provided. 12 mission campaign, with mission requiring munition selection, along with pre-planned weapons. Knowledge of LGB delivery, Mavericks and TGP usage.   4. It will be ground stabillised as long as the tgt remains in the seeker FOV gimbal limits. If you fly through the tgt area, you’ll need to reacquire the tgt
  5. Irl SA10 is a nasty beast due to the AESA flaplid radar. It can engage and track multiple targets simultaneously. Not sure how ED have modeled though.
  6. There is no AGM66. Do you mean AGM65?
  7. Watch YT videos on start up. 2 procedures to align the INS. Stored - short alignment based on jets parked INS position. DO NIT accept L/L via ICP Norm - full alignment. Accept L/L on ICP using Enter and dobber. in both situations, only turn to NAV when ALIGN flashes in the HUD

  12. I’ve noticed approximately 1 minute difference from mission minutes to DED minutes. Zulu hour offset seems ok most of the time
  13. I’ve seen disparity between mission and DED times.
  14. Try putting the pod in STBY using the OSB, then back to A-G
  15. Use the ICP rotary to change the brightness
  16. Viper is EA. They are concentrating on getting Hornet done before switching focus to Viper.

  18. Normal alignment, accept Lat/Long on ICP, stored, just clear using dobber left.
  19. Without looking at your trk file, are you in CCRP? Have AREA track selected?
  20. F-16 AI can transmit their SPI yes, but not Player/Client. You'll see it as a HOSTILE Air Track on the HSD whenever they attack or you tell them to Engage Mission
  21. Looking at the posted roadmap for Viper, i'd say a little while yet.
  22. Tried multiple variations of head position, now have a 34" widescreen and still having issues seeing all of the RWR
  23. Real world docs are quoting 5m2 tgt at 65nm
  24. Snow Plow mode is declinated lower than HUD. I can’t remember the number but it’s shown in the TGP screen by the Cross/Nth point
