  1. Hello, I just flew a mission last night with Ark-ud and it worked ok. with the 828 radio, I'm not sure.
  2. Wow , All I can say is WOW!
  3. Hi, I figured it was me. Thanks for the mission!
  4. Hi, I just flew this mission a few times. the troops won't embark, one time they almost did it, but stopped and just stood there. It is kind of a complicated mission as we fly it online in our squad. it may be worth a bug report. you will see I am still trying to figure out the cargo in zone trigger, and is unrelated to this issue. here is 2 tracks and the mission file:
  5. I experienced something that resembles what you are describing last week. I thought it was something I did wrong. I will try to fly it and post a track later when I get home.
  6. HaHa! Good one, I almost spit my coffee out! LOL
  7. do you have any mods? If so remove them and do a cleanup and repair. let us know if that fixes the problem.
  8. mig-21. challenging and rewarding when you learn its strengths and weakness.
  9. nice! wow the trainer is cool! Yes, I hope for more ww11 nav. aids also, maybe one day.. :)
  10. I always wondered how they did that. Dead Reckoning over hundreds or thousands of miles is very demanding, navigation skills wise. Thank you for the info's. it makes sense with the B-29s with the beacon, kind of the precursor to Tacan A/A mode to guide the Fighters.
  11. if you stood beside one and saw how small the rudder really was, you would understand why..
  12. I have trim and flaps set to my stick and throttle. very use ful.. just don't go more than 10 deg. flaps above 500km
  13. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all!
  14. Thank you Baltic Dragon, I am just getting into learning to do VO's, and these tips and files are right on time.
  15. Look 6 posts before this one.....
  16. You must be on open beta, or it wont be on the server list.
  17. Hi, I flew the first mission, I forgot about it being dark!... I had no problem with taxing, and there are no wheel chocks to worry about. I would recommend checking all the control bindings, the default ones are troublesome sometimes. also do away with double bound ones. almost every aircraft I have, the brakes are backwards, and the toe brakes move the pitch and roll axis.
  18. This was my experience also! and this is just the beginning, smooth as silk, the connect and disconnect lags seem fixed also...
  19. Hi, Its been a while since I flew the campaign, however I do recall that my brake axis was inverted. if there was wheel chocks, it would be in the ground crew menu, in the radio menu. hope this helps.
  20. I have been learning basics with Babble
  21. Hello and welcome to DCS, Its a wild ride. My story is much the same as yours. :pilotfly:
  22. Hi All, just a note I logged on BS tonight when I got home from work, and had to say, I saw a big improvement! loading times were much better(for me ). no stutters or lag for the 1/2 hr. I was on. There were about 10-15 people on at that point. the most notable improvement was loading times and less lag and stutters, that's just me, your mileage may vary....
  23. Nice! exited for war bird updates, new releases, and damage model work.
  24. Hello, With dynamic weather, try to adjust the pressure difference in the adjustment window. you can also set the amount of pressure systems, then click "generate" I think it is, then keep clicking it until you find a weather pattern you like. Myself, I have found three to work best, then you have a change in weather. the more the pressure difference, the more the wind speed, and it goes from hi pressure to low pressure. Hope this helps!
  25. Awesome work! very nice pictures, we have been flying it too, wow its fast and slick, it doesn't want to land... it want's to fly!...
