  1. You probably need to refill/top it off with more oil. There instructions for how to do it on YT. Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  2. Ah, that's true of course. Didn't think of that. Well, then we need a function to swap those textures at will. [emoji1303] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  3. It's in the DCS update change logs, to my knowledge. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  4. Hmmm... That's a hard nut for sure! Tried to test your RAM? Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  5. I see you already tried repairs. Try to open the options.lua and set the launcher to 0 to prevent it from opening. If DCS then starts, try another repair. EDIT: One more thing, try to delete the _download folder, and try a repair again. Can you show us the exclusions in your AV?
  6. Depends. If you want lights and stuff that needs telemetry from the sim, yes. Just like Thrustmaster etc. For just buttons and axis that use Direct Input, no. You don't even need need the WW software to configure the MFDs. You can edit the monitor.lua yourself, or even have Helios make it for you. And Helios does not need to run for exports to work, only if you are using a Helios profile profile which needs telemetry for the instruments. Cheers! Edit: Sniped by my buddy @rob10!
  7. If this is even going to be possible. I hope so!
  8. Yeah, and you're not alone. But I think the lights are baked into the textures, (no real lighting in other words), hence why you can't turn them off until "lights out" textures are available or they make them actual lights. All lighting that do not cast light on the ground/other objects are textures. Long standing wish in the community is to blow up power stations with the relevant effects. Cheers!
  9. @waterman I think your apostrophes and punctuation marks are on strike.
  10. Not the same thing as a whole country blocking services. This is politics because some people are worried about kids watching videos of the most destructive creature of the planet Earth mate. Thank you for reminding a sysadmin of 30 years how to do backups. /s Whatever you smoked today is not for me. /j Well, the first they came for the images services. They are only making people's lives miserable for no reason. Tor is free, even for kids. Kids will always find a way to watch pr0n. Can't believe politicians are really this stupid. Actually, is very believable. "OFF with the heads!" /j EDIT: I only use Imgur for posting screengrabs here, as my forum storage is full.
  11. Bad programming. It's not the first time. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  12. It's done when it's done. I'm confident that Aerges has full control. Correct me if I'm wrong, but they said the new updated radar model will come with the M and trickle over to the other versions? Pretty sure this is what takes up most of the time and efforts. 13. Wait WHAT? Why? What's going on over there? What images services are not blocked?
  14. Have you made any customizations yourself? Because, obviously, if one adds the defaults from ED in the Saved Games files, then one would of course have doubled the inputs. The Munkwolf files I use don't have that. Just to check, have you tried the latest Quaggles version? There was a new release after this update. Cheers!
  15. @Volator You don't run DCS as admin by chance?
  16. It shouldn't, but the bin-mt WILL be removed down the line. So it's just good practice to switch to the bin now. Not running as admin trick has been known for a while now. Cheers!
  17. Ah, maybe that's what I did. I remember fiddling with those sliders. Yeah, I might have set them to zero. [emoji1303] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  18. Well, you're the manual, so it was time you made an "audio"/video book. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  19. Correct. Like before 2020 it was definitely a recommended practice for those reasons if you dig a little around here in the forum.
  20. I think Dassault only provides the licenses and documentation, not being developers themselves. It's probably a win-win for them after the success of the M-2K. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  21. They are NATO designations. Used to be mockery names. But that changed for some reasons.
  22. In the free version of VoiceAttack, you can have only 20 commands, which is nowhere what VAICOM needs. VoiceAttack is worth it anyway.
  23. I agree with this. I don't like the reflections myself for the same reason. Highly disagree with this. Not often during the day, while depending on the position of the sun and how the light hits you, (from behind in general), in the spring/fall where I live. It can definitely be so intense that the reflections makes it "impossible" to see through the windscreen until your eyes adjust. Not sure if this can relate to a fighter though. During night? Every time the kids turned on the interior lights. Luckily newer cars have have downlight spots which prevents this. Of course this shouldn't happen in our modules. No kids allowed!
  24. Yeah, but they already did that. And we know what happened to that timeline, so i don't expect them to give another one.
  25. Exactly what @rob10 says. We were supposed to have Afghanistan completed last year, and here we are. Not complaining, as it seems they redid a lot of it from scratch, and we know they added things not originally planned. I'm happy about that. Same goes for Iraq, so it's done when it's done. Cheers!
