  1. I run Jafa's sounds, but I'll take a listen.
  2. +1
  3. Is there any estimate of release? I can only assume not this year, if cockpit art is still being done.
  4. Plz plz Lightning plz
  5. Sorry for no updates. Not going to lie, I burned myself out on this. I recently subscribed to the AirCorps Library, and have access to schematics of the various pieces and assemblies of the Mustang. This is a lot more reliable than simply eyeballing pictures like I've been doing, and am slowly chipping away at a 3.0 (I've redone my previous work so many times at this point). For now though, I'm working on a different project for a different game, as part of a squadron I'm part of. When I'm finished with that, I'll hop back into this.

    The octopus lives!
  7. I have told you this 170km/h climbout Raise flaps, wait for them Raise gear, don't push past 170 until fully retracted 200km/h is probably right at the limit The issue comes not from the plane but from not following the procedures.
  8. That's what one would think, but it's not the way of the DCS one. Manually opening them fully gives some extra cooling somehow. This is one of those things that I hope will be touched on when the thermodynamics are redone for the piston engines in 2024, '25, '26...
  9. yes. It isn't supposee to be special, but with the December update it was put on par with other, newer modules' cockpits. The difference means more if you've played the Mustang with the old cockpit textures
  10. All the time, yes. But manually opening them is best for specific situations, like my example, where climbing comes in. Climb out off of the ground as well.
  11. That's a DCS screenshot. High likelihood taken himself
  12. Except it does it's job poorly on the extremes, or I find it is useful to go to manual and precool the engine before getting into combat. Gives me a some cushion to firewall the aircraft into climbs more
  13. My bad, I should have quoted you in my comment so you'd see. Look beneath your comment.
  14. Curious, what exactly did the other guy do? Don't get me wrong, I'd absolutely love to have the Mossie be multicrew, that would be a ton of fun! There was one piloting, and I couldn't find what the other did
  15. Anton is completely electric in place of hydraulics. When taking off, raise your gear under 270km/h. Once raised, then bring up flaps, and you're set.
  16. Well not anymore. Do they wipe or smear with the wipers?
  17. It would be blatantly foolish to fire continuously for four full seconds
  18. I don't recall them being on the Mi-8 either, which is somewhat disappointing being that the 8 has wipers
  19. TTI=Through The Inferno. US means TTI-West
  20. I was the one who asked lol This post had gotten me thinking about it
  21. Oil leakage, no. Just on the canopy windscreen from the inside
  22. Looks like gashes in the skin of the cowling, rather than oil. I admit though, I've never seen such damage in that particular area of the Spitfire before. I do hope that oil leakage will be visible from the outside as well, with the updated DM
