Sweet deal you found a fix tho, nothing worse than a bug you can't ever find an answer for! Nice work.

Looks like your campaign got the shaft in the last update! I was hoping to be playing it, but I can be strong and keep waiting!

Correctamundo! This is the way.

Is there an Issue with the TPOD locking a target.....
Gunnar81 replied to badger7966's topic in AV-8B N/A
Another thing to check with laser guided weapons on the Harrier is a lot of the time the TPOD starts out with a laser code of 1111, while the weapons typically default to 1688. Check your TPOD before employing anything, this can be done in the DMT menu or the EHSD. -
Hmm, in my experience the groups don't stop for long when you hit them with Mavericks and that Hawk site is constantly lobbing missiles at my flight hence why I tried doing it with a modified loadout to keep my distance. I must be doing something wrong or just suck as hitting 8 moving targets with 6 weapons and an AI wingman that won't do anything while being lit up by an enemy SAM site seems impossible to me. Thanks for the advice on how to complete this mission, but I think it will be getting the skip button. If I could offer a bit of constructive criticism it seems like this mission is just harder than it has to be? I mean it would be tricky enough IRL just finding moving targets at night and engaging them, but doing that within the weapons envelope of the SAM site seems insane? Or has something in this mission broke and there is a SEAD flight that is not doing its job? Anyway, I've enjoyed the campaign up to this mission.

Just wanted to bring attention to the new FARP type I just noticed in this latest patch. It looks like Marsden matting type stuff, I tried making a runway out of a bunch of them for a Harrier FOB type thing but the planes bounce between each tile it looks like, I haven't tried fiddling with the spacing to see if it works. Anyways, maybe this isn't new but I just noticed it and thought others might like to know! The can be found in the mission editor under statics - heliports. If this is common knowledge I apologize!!

BLACK SHARK III training mission start up
Gunnar81 replied to 71st_Mastiff's topic in Missions and Campaigns
Im not an expert but I've seen these kinds of posts before and it tends to be an issue if the spacebar is assigned to a different command for the aircraft already. Check your binds and make sure this isn't the case and if it is delete that binding for the spacebar and you should be good. -
Hi SorelRo, Just curious about the design of this mission, I can't view the conditions in the mission editor for victory so I figure I should just ask. I modified my loadout to take 4 Mavericks and I destroyed 4 SCUDS and then strafed the other two for a total of six. When I landed my score didn't go to 100 so I am assuming the player needs to destroy the AAA units attached to the SCUD convoys? If that's the case, my question is why? Wouldn't just the SCUDS be considered good enough as the briefing suggests?

Hi Chill. I was wondering if you'd be willing to provide on update on when this campaign will be available? Maybe you could throw the Harrier crowd a teaser first mission to tide us over?

I'm sorry but the logic of your train of thought makes too much sense and puts the responsibility on the party in question. How dare you ask that of an individual in 2022!

Yes, all the technicals with the 12.7 and 23mm now have the Insurgent crews modeled.

[FIXED] RWR Volume going to give us Tinitus
Gunnar81 replied to Callsign_Static's topic in Problems and Bugs
No its not just you, its louder than it should be on the lowest volume if you ask me. Like you said hello Tinnitus if you fly the Harrier alot of a busy RWR enviro. -
Say it aint so? I bought the Apache and its a great module but I've been holding out hope for the Cobra in some capacity, preferably the 1W. I always chose the Cobra over the Apache in Gunship 2000 as a kid, don't ask me why but I just liked it better!

Sounds good, looking forward to it! Persian Freedom was great and the single mission you put out for Kerman showed a lot of potential for the new campaign. Thanks for doing something for the Harrier.

Agree with the mod free statement above. I have finally been trying to really learn the F-16 but all the player made campaigns require modding which I am not particularly interested in. Where's all of the DCS content wizards at for the F-16?

I think its more an option for some players that aren't using VR or head tracking or have limited hotas type setups so keybindings are a hot commodity or moving the view over the pilots arms or whatever may be in the way is a bit of a pain in the ass if you are using the mouse as your main view controller.

Brilliant, would 100% agree. An option in the options menu maybe?

Just finished the campaign a few weeks ago and it was a lot of fun. Really helped me get a high level of competency in the Hawg after a long break from flying it. The realistic story and mission structure is what really hooked me in to finishing it. Nothing was off the wall designed to create false complexity, just fly the jet as it was meant to be flown and watch your min altitude so those damn manpads don't get ya haha! Thanks a lot for this one.

Any news to share on how this one is coming along? Eager for more Harrier content for sure!

Glad to hear it Armen. I really enjoyed the Pandemic Campaign, one of the most straightforward, enjoyable campaigns I've played for DCS.

I know this was added as a request somewhere in the past but just bumping it forward again...solid 7 shot rocket tubes so we can choose to have a more modern look versus the old 'nam vintage ones we are allowed.

More Huey stuff is always good! Looking forward to it.

Mismatched trees, rivers, roads, and water
