  1. It's to enable communications scrolling. It's now possible to scroll through the radio menu instead of using hotkeys
  2. S-3B non-tanker is in-game. S-3B Tanker is still not. (new models I mean)
  3. From the changelog... NEW: 3D Models. Newly created models for the B-1B, B-52H, S-3B (S-3B Tanker to follow shortly), “Centurion” C-RAM, and SA-10 (S-300PS).
  4. @Mainstay Is the track/mission file for your last set of testing one you posted earlier? I want to use it for test of some other instance where my group experienced flickering. We were however in Apaches during the night, and had white flickering, so I'd like to use your file as a test.
  5. Physics/optical based approach doesn't work, as your monitor has a finite number of pixels to represent a point in space. You have to account for a screen resolution, otherwise you get system that was on before this update. When I set my resolution 1920x1080, I can easily spot aircraft in the VCCT bubble. Same environment but on 3440x1440 or 3840x2160 and I'm blind as a bat. Reason is, for the same point in space, 1080 resolution has 1 pixel, but 1440 or 2160 resolutions have 4 or 8 pixels, meaning the actual dot is rendered smaller. The result? The smaller resolution, the easier spotting. It really sucks that we all strive for better graphics, better fidelity, but to be able to see anything you basically have to run as smaller resolution to get any sensible spotting available. Transferring IRL spotting to a video game is not that simple, as in video games on a computer screen you generally see less far away than you would be able to see IRL and that needs accounting for
  6. It's in the changelog, a known issue. Known Issues - Hotfix planned Objects moving at speed may begin to jitter after some time in mission
  7. Is it too hard to read changelog? NEW: 3D Models. Newly created models for the B-1B, B-52H, S-3B (S-3B Tanker to follow shortly), “Centurion” C-RAM, and SA-10 (S-300PS).
  8. It's a known issue, at the bottom of the changelog Known Issues - Hotfix planned Objects moving at speed may begin to jitter after some time in mission ...

Yes please, this is really a necessity rather than convenience
  10. I'm loving what I see in the new Voice chat video. There is one request I'd like to make. As it's always here SRS is the thing we compare Voice chat to, and it has one thing I'd reeeeeally like to see in DCS and that's microphone passthrough. With it, my microphone input gets piped into the "passthrough audio device" (basically virtual audio cable which recording software like OBS can then use as input device) only when I press PTT in the cockpit and if I use that in video recording, it allows me to have an audio track without having to manually cut all the audio in between actual radio calls like I would have to if I only use my regular microphone. That is a really neat trick that I'm now used to on SRS and I believe I'm not the only one who uses this feature there who would love to see it in DCS natively.
  11. Chill. The update is on Thursday, so no big deal.
  12. Did you click on the player name before trying to click "Allow"?
  13. This is a DCS wide problem, not related to any module
  14. I don't see it listed, but do you maybe have some sort of "TrackIR" headtracking solution? What I've come to understand is that while "TrackIR" headtracking software is active, you cannot use mouse (after LALT+C) to pan around the cockpit. Only after disabling that software (TrackIR, Opentrack, FaceTrackNoIR, ...) the panning using the mouse work. It's been a while since I used VR, but maybe the same thing is happening while VR tracking is active?
  15. Bumping for visibility. Is there a chance this gets another look as the issue is still present?
  16. Yeah, even when using common ground and multiplexers/shift registers, you still have a lot of wires so I'd like to avoid that. I've been challenging myself to do a PCB for a while now, it's time I actually build one hahaha.
  17. Yeah, when I get some time to do this, I'll definitely post a follow up here
  18. Very nice, thanks a lot for sharing the files. I will try to build a PCB for this as I've already build a Harrier UFC and it's a frigging mess with the wires inside With some luck and free time, this could be a nice holiday season project
  19. It's more of a disclaimer, not neccessarily related to this video. For instance, he did F-16 video a while a go, things got changed in the meantime but there wasn't updated video. I'm 99% sure this is the reason for this note. You can see it in recent Viper and Hornet videos too
  20. This issue seems to be resolved. After few tests, non static units are now correctly travelling on the ship. It does work only for the amphibious units (likely due to the issue where non-amphibious units can't be placed on water) but it's a progress
  21. Hi there @Flappie. Thanks for not forgetting this As far as I can see, the issue seems to be resolved. Watched the track (yeah, it is nice how it still works) and for the whole duration the IFVs were visible on the ship. We have a saying in my team at work "Due to sufficient time passage, the issue seems to have fixed itself". Pass along the thanks to the team, they must have done something to fix the rendering issue. Also, for everyone else watching. this is why we do tracks for bug reports. Might seem meaningless, but it isn't.
  22. But the base exists already. Two versions of it.
  23. This was recently reported, but I'm betting there are more reports like this in the history of the forum
  24. Is there any change to get REDFOR infantry units? AFAIK, we have only basic AK and Igla dudes from REDFOR, while with your pack we have some diversity on BLUFOR side
