New bonus system vs previous MI-8 vouchers

 

I've wrote this initially in the other thread but is masked by too many new posts, so this is directly addresed to ED:

 

I am curently qualified for the new bonus system. But I, as well as others, received a voucher for Mi-8 at its launching, becasue we bought it at full price.

I would like to know if the new bonus system is cumulative with that voucher or is replacing it. I was trying to find out my voucher code within my account details but cannot find it anymore.

it works for my moduls, beside the FC3 beta purchase. But i think, it is an update for FC2 (or Lockon) - the same for BS2 update of BS1!

 

I can get the BS2 upgrade logic, but I wonder if FC3 purchase is valid for bonus if purchased after the beta period (i.e. for $50 rather than $40)?

 

In which case it's a bit weird as it was an early supporter purchase, but as ED decided to increase the full price afterwards due to extra features included (3D cockpits, 3D models, AFMs..), the beta price comes out as a discounted price?

Yeah, is FC3 regarded in this context as an upgrade from FC2 like BS2 for BS1? Because neither FC3 (40$) nor the BS2 upgrade (20$) do generate any bonuses although I´m pretty sure they were purchased without any disounts in my case.

1. LOCK ON 1.1b: Flaming Cliffs - $35
   
2. LockOn: Flaming Cliffs 2 - $29,99
   
3. Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 3 - $35
   

 

And of course original CD Lock On, but that was not from this site. And for none of those I get bonus.

If someone haven't figured it out yet:

 

On the DCS website, log in and click on personal section and go to "my account" and register all your orders (find them under "my orders"). When you want to use it, go and buy the product and in the check-out section, check the box "Pay from internal account" to use your bonus credit.

 

 

It was not possible to register anything yesterday (after announcement). Now it's working :thumbup:

$16 here. I am still grateful for that. Considering the discounts from the products I purchased when they were on sale, I feel it still equals out to the bonuses from full price purchase. No complaints here.

 

Now give us some new products so I can get more bonuses!! :)

Thank you ED. I think this bonus system is a great incitement for buying more DCS products. Almost feel a bit bad though for not having to pay anything at all for the next module but hopefully you'll give me more chances to throw money at you this year for your amazing work.

lock on 1.1b did not register for me either, plus im with 2 accounts with 2 different bonuses, so the discount period is going to work better for me i guess :(

 

EDIT: In my opinion the bonus is more targeted towards ''future'' customers than the ''loyal'' ones..

Same position here Howie87 ... they released it at a discounted price ... so all the people who supported it in the first stages of the beta don't get rewarded with the "customer loyalty bonus"

Eh I won't complain. As you said we did get $10 discount on FC3.

 

Only bonus I got was $8 for the A-10C, which is at least something. :thumbup: It can make up for the crazy dollar exchange rate. :D

But I get the message:

Specified order has no products at a full price with bonuses or you were already issued bonuses for this products

 

@ED: Can you please check, If I'm wrong or if there an issue with the bonus check?

FC2 is not a DCS product.

 

When purchasing a DCS product a full price (not on a discount sale, or discounted price), customers will receive a 20% bonus based on the price of the purchased DCS product! A bonus is applied to only the first purchase of a specific DCS product.
