2018 roadmap

Hello gents, it's time to update our current roadmap

As most if not all 3d work in the Harrier is done (Tarawa needs more detailing) and M2000C is being updated/enhanced, this is what's on the table as for right now:

MiG-19, it's coming at a good pace, this module will be released as a full product, no beta or early access on this one, but it's coming THIS YEAR.

F-15E Strike Eagle work re-started, new 3d mesh in most parts, can't comment much on this one, but it's at full steam currently.

A-29 Supertucano, it's still under development, we hit a bump in the road with this one (3d dev had some personal issues) and we are a bit late on it, but work has been reinstated.

MiG-23, while you see some renders, it was decided that most will be made all over again, BUT development on this one will start once the MiG-19 is released.

As for the terrain development team/AI assets, they are working at full steam, this is a complete different team with different workflows and time frames, development is under way and expect news in a regular basis.

So what should be expected to be released this year from us?

MiG-19 for certain, but no MiG23

The F-15E definitely has my vote. Those engine have the punch needed for a good A2S contender.

Question about the Tarawa.

-Expected implement on ships damage model, radars, lights, animations, weapons, elevators, hangar, carrier crew and light landing system?

-Others shis was show in the past by 3D modelers, show NATO/Soviet/Rusian modern ships outside of south atlantic theatre.

 

That ships can be release with the AV-8B module final release or integrate into south atlantic map?

 

- Mirage III module has been delayed?

I love how RAZBAM just announced finally a Redfor aircraft, resumed development on the F-15E, release of the MiG-19P this year and maybe either EA of the Eagle or the Tucano, yet people are asking for the Mirage III like if they aren't busy enough...

I'm very thrilled that we will be getting more redfor aircraft, but to me, most important items at this time are that RAZBAM finishes the Mirage and Harrier - otherwise they'll soon have 5 WIP modules.

Agree. However Razbam plans to finish the harrier this year according to their roadmap

Mirage is finished. Not beta or alpha.

Some improvments incoming only.

Hi Razbam, very clear roadmap, thank you!

 

I personally wondered if any initial progress has been made on the 'Big Helicopters' subject? I get this wasn't the scope for this roadmap, but hoped you could answer anyway. Would personally love and CH-53 with all these naval aircraft hitting the market.
