Understandable and expected. I will be patient then.... 🤗

The WWII version, presumably. I don't think it'll be there at this time.

2.8 is a big update. I'd rather see it done right. In fact, I didn't really expect it to come out today, something big enough to increment the number is big enough to find at least one urgent pre-release bug.

After months of working on it, how likely it is to find something so last minute, that pushes it only a day? I don't personally care though, i just hope there hasn't been anything actually serious going on.

In the software business?

It's not like this was written, regression tested, alpha tested, closed beta tested, and put in the box last May and they've been playing it at home ever since.  The chances of finding an issue with a large release is 102%.  The real question is whether it gets found the day before or the day after release.

That or the real release date is November 9th, but BigNewy gets so much unnecessary crap from so many people he's decided to return the favor  😄

There's always going to be one found after release. No matter how you try. 🙂 The question is just how big a gamebreaker will that be.

To bad the patch didn't come today.  Just imagine all the complaining we could be doing in this thread now.

True, the gods do not like to be tempted. I better put a few bucks in the food bank can at the store as a sign of contrition.

That said, everyone should put a buck in the food bank can if there is one.

If we have $60 for a plane, I'm sure we can find a dollar or two to help someone who's hungry.  💫

Some of the planes, but all of the maps!
