awesome modpack! is it possible to get soldiers in the outpost towers? i just figrued the container watchtowers can be occupied - which is pretty dang spiffy !

Yes Morpheus I know this mod but pilot are not realistics for fighter pilots it's good for helicopter pilot

you can add soldiers inside of the others new hescos fortifications

@Massun92 First of all, excellent job! Your mod is amazing and I always use it in my missions!

I was wondering if you are interested in doing some apron equipments (GPUs, ASUs, steps etc.) used in 70-80s like the one in the picture, covered, uncovered, rusty etc.

Both western and eastern side (they could be useful for more modern scenarios too as they are often operated even if old 😄).

Beautiful work Massun.

Do you think you could make an object of a deployed pilot parachute on the ground.  Pilot got out and is hiding idea?

Suggestion:

It would be a great add to have GPU and Air Starters with the ducts unfolded and in a kind of "connected" shape in different variants to be used with different modules as they have their specific connecting points.
Having them as active ground unit would also be amazing as we might create triggers (i.e. using Spacebar or F10 radio menu) to talk with ground crew (not the default invisible one) and activate and deactivate those units for engine start.

Hi Patricio. The ground units seem to be much harder to kill than the default ED infantry units so if a bomb goes off the ED soldiers die and your gronud units stay standing. Is there a LUA entry which I can tweak?

*added filter to check for client countryID and spawn the crewchief with that country so blue players get a blue crew chief and red players get a red crew chief.
*cleaned up the script with the help of the MOOSE guys.

*added extra check so that the crew chief does not spawn if you spawn on a ship.
*added option for crew chief to spawn with random liveries. If you don't want this comment out line 25 and  32.
*changed the position of the crew chief to be compatible with Caucasus and NTTR shelters so that he does not spawn on the roof.


MULTIPLAYER: 

Multiplayer usage of the script is tested and works.


Hey guys! 

I thought some of you might like this. I wrote a small script to use with the asset pack crewchief which will automatically spawn a crewchief related to your player/client aircraft and automatically salute when you leave the ramp or come back and he will despawn if you go out of your aircraft.

You don't need to make any more triggers or flags. The script will take care of all of it.

If you want to use this with a helicopter simply change line 1 from:

FilterCategories("plane")

to

FilterCategories("plane", "helicopter") 

How to use the script:

1. Mission Start > Do Script File > Moose.lua (needs to be the newest version of moose)
2. Mission Start > Do Script File > DynamicCrewChiefV1.2Public.lua
3. In ME, make 1 late activated group, select M92_Personell_salute and change the gorup name exactly to "Crewchief". 

Here's a small video demo and the script is attached. 

This should work in Multiplayer too but i have not tested it yet.

This is the very first working itteration, if you know lua you can change the position and heading of the crewchief. If you spawn in a shelter the guy will be on the roof, there is nothing i can do about that. 

I'm planning to script the parking guy next to appear when you leave the airfield and when you come back be at your parking spot and put his hands up to brake.

Is it possible to include this dude into the groups and let him raise his hands on alarm state red? I can script the reaction on distance with moose.
