Potential addition of a renting feature for modules (aircraft+maps)

Before eveyroje gets their pitchforks and torches out, here me out!

I know most people don't like monthly subscriptions but in my opinion the model of it sort of fits in DCS.

If a weekly/monthly subscription model for both aircraft and maps were to be implemented it would sit between a full purchase of an individual module and the 2 week trial feature.

Pricing obviously should be less than what an actual module costs.

 

I'd love to hear everyone's opinions, both positive and negative which I'm expecting there'll be a decent amount. Try to keep them civil and any counter points should be constructive.

Instead of relisting every argument written in the dozen similar previous topics, have you at least read one of them yourself before opening up this one?
