Running UAC at lowest is bad. The description for it is a little wrong. The lowest setting will silently run some things as admin, even though they would run as non admin. This is possibly why you are getting this message.

Hello everyone! This is a small update, but I wanted to update the version to at least let everyone know that this mission pack has not been abandoned. As always, IRL has a way of getting in the way of DCS, but all missions are continually tested regularly to ensure functionality through updates. Thank you all again for the support. So I set Override application, x8 EQ adaptive MS in AMD adrenalin, and the game looks a lot better. AMD users should play with these settings outside of the game. Since a few updates ago, the in-game settings don't seem to even work.

Hi, thanks for the reply! I followed the install notes in the zip package which said Mods go into the main DCS file area and liveries to Saved Games. Is this old now? Should it ALL go in Saved games?

That's a better explanation then Heatblur, but are you or will you redo the Tng Mission in game which are lacking some training mission and the ones that are there are not explained very well, they assume you have some knowledge of the F-4E.

Costs are a big part of it. When fighting an insurgency, which is the mission Skyraider II is intended to, the game is cost effectiveness. Why waste oceans of fuel and a Maverick to hit an insurgent compound when you can sip fuel and do the same job with a well placed APKWS? This is for an environment without almost any ground to air threats. It also uses the P&W PT-6A, which everyone and their mother operates. In addition, it enjoys a huge level of part commonality with a sizable fleet of aircraft that's already been operating since the 1990s. Another reason is that Air Tractors can operate from any strip. I've flown civvie Air Tractors and they're as rugged as it gets. They're also responsive and fun to fly. And one more huge benefit is the loiter time. It's up there at near 8+ hours or so. So basically, this is what you want on call if you're a SEAL team infiltrating an area hostile non-state actors are holding. This is not something you want to blunt a Russian push into Germany with, but something you're going to cover special forces extracting with a VIP.

The GB6's and BRM_90's are ok, but I haven't tested all weapons, maybe there are more...

The hard wiring is needed for the Ethernet connection between your PC and the router that you are connecting to with your headset. They recommend a dedicated router close to your play space. In the diagram above the dedicated router is on the right hand side, and the blue line has an Ethernet cable connected from that to your PC. Basically your existing router is just providing internet…which doesn’t matter as Virtual Desktop just needs a fast connection to your headset, it doesn’t use internet. My guess would be that VR is more demanding on the CPU since it’s drawing dual images. So that bottleneck means the GPU isn’t being utilized fully.

You can wipe those old shortcuts and make new ones to the executable in the 'bin' folder. There is no Open Beta anymore.

I Have DCS Installed On 2 Machines. On One PC I Have 2 Icons (DCS World And DCS World Open Beta). On The Other I Have 3 Icons (DCS World And DCS World Open Beta), Plus One That Is Labeled (DCS World MT) Which Is An Orange Icon. I Don't Know Where The MT One Came From. Which PC Has The Correct Icons?
