Not sure G2 offers enough vs Q2 to justify upgrade. Would just wait for next gen/iteration to come out short of being able to fork 3k for the varjo

Noticed this on MP for a while now that very often the nose wheel does not actually rotate at all graphically. So watching external view, the airframe is turning with its nosewheel fixed in the straight position. I fly in VR only and noticed this in MP seeing other squadron aircrafts moving around with a fixed nosewheel. Not sure if due to server sync issues or something and have not checked if my own aircraft is affected. Just putting it out there if soemone else has noticed this

Nice Razbam...bring an update but forget to let people what they need to change... Gun trigger ... well one should have an epiphany and know instantly that this should now be rebinded to MicroB/trigger 2nd stage and that the Gun trigger (still there in hotas menu) is useless. Think about users and give proper doc / update to keybind changes to help people transition to the new models Edit: So hotas info is p38 in manual. where stage 1 and 2 are described in a table. There is no 'table of changes' I have seen but then I did not fancy sifting through the 500+ pages of the manual to figure out other changes so will discover them the hard way

Don't think the IPD setting will help there (you will see the difference in cockpit scale but not really in far distances. Ground units are indeed super hard to see in VR

My G2 does need much light at all. Total darkness won't do it of course (like most other headsets I believe) but there is no need for floodlights either. BTW, I do not tick the 'vr to use mouse'. This way you get a dot where you are looking and can use this as your pointer and then use mous clicks or wheel to perform an operation on what you are looking at. More immersive and natural to me but personal preference.

Hmm. For me the VRAM is maxed out during the game anyway (9.7 out of 10GB) with or without a VRscene and not sure I can see a difference of 'in game' performance.

Do the WMR house and Steam house really stay in memory once you fire up DCS? Seems to make no sense to have them in memory when they are not displayed anymore...

Yep. Happens in all missions... wingman is chocks off...rolls to line up...and then chocks himself up!

ok got it. Bit limiting though as it is then impossible to place an aircraft anywhere else but on existing slots. Guess would be nice to have the ability to place an uncontrolled aircraft anywhere on the ground

Probably been asked before, just could not find it: Can we not have Aircrafts on the tarmac not doing anything? Seems the only way is to have them as static but that is no good as they are potential targets / missions objectives and if they are static then they are invisible in Tacview. Could we not have planes with the order of just beeing parked?

In the WMR settings (windows settings). You need to have manual switching with win+Y so you don’t lose your mouse in dcs

Definitely struggling with more than 40% fuel on the LHA. Forget about having ordinance. Water goes in less than a minute if u need it.

In WMR, make sure you have Manual input switching set as opposed to automatic. Losing mouse control usually comes from that. Think also the full screen and confine mouse options in dcs also play a role. All I know is I do not experience losing mouse control or the 'Windows out of focus' anymore. SRS does not need to be launched before DCS. DCS launches it automatically.

Is your mouse wired or bluetooth? Do you have controllers enabled? Have you got any other VRglove style app running? in windows / Mouse properties / pointer options: Is 'snap to' unticked?

Can someone tell me: Using the 'Save profile as' command from Options/Control: Does it save only the profile for the selected aircraft or does it save for all aircrafts + general + UI layer? Can you load a profile from a different joystick (if only 2 buttons are different it is faster to change a couple of assigments than redo the entire thing for every function)? Probably been answered somewhere but can't find it and am massively frustrated of this at the moment

Not sure as I have not tried with ram below 32gb but with that dcs is using it all so would think 16gb will be constraining it.
