  1. Ground radar and ATFLIR together would be preferred. IMHO.
  2. I have it bound to my Warthog throttle, works fine.
  3. Lots of good points above. One thing that helped me was to pause TrackIr (if you use it), once you're close to the tanker. I have a small dead zone set but by pausing I can move my head a bit more to watch the various key positions.
  4. Seems fine to me. I've been away from the Viggen for awhile so may have missed the issue altogether.
  5. That's the one Flaming Squirrel. The cursor will jump up randomly while slewing.
  6. Excellent news. Looking forward to getting some front line feedback. What a tease... M2000D would be awesome. I'm on the wrong side of 60 so sooner rather than later would be nice.
  7. Great Mod. Thanks very much for the work on this. Oh, and thanks to -LEO- for finding the issue, I would never have found that...
  8. The axis control for the DMT is bugged though. Better to stick to the buttons for now.
  9. That is exciting news. The feedback will be very useful I'm sure. Now I'm really looking forward to the next update for the Mirage. (oh and the Harrier...nudge, nudge... :smilewink:)
  10. Does seem to be over done. Hopefully it can be toned down. Or, I'm sure that some of the more talented members of the DCS community will be able to mod a "new" canopy so we get past the issue. Hopefully, one which will not trigger the IC.
  11. Harrier is great fun as is... That said, to answer your question "feature complete" could take quite awhile since there can always be some programming difficulties. Also, I think they need to wait for ED to finish up some of their work for inclusion in the Harrier. If it is finished in the next two or three months I would be surprised, by the end of the year could be possible. My two pennies. :D
  12. +1 Ninja'd... Was going to post the same.
  13. Alas, I have the same issue as well.
  14. My slew adjustment method is; Joy_x Deadzone 5, Saturation_y 60 Joy_y Deadzone 5, Saturation_y 60 If that's moving a bit too slow increase Saturation and if too fast lower the Saturation. I use this on all the various aircraft that have slews and seems to work OK. Hope this helps.
  15. Thanks for the update SkateZilla. Hmmm... wonder why I didn't notice the red indicator light and missing green, it's pretty obvious.
  16. I had the same issue as well. A little disconcerting when you think you've made a good approach and landing only to go sliding off the runway. I'll have to start doing an exterior view check after gear down. No mods just a straight up install of 2.5 Open Beta.
  17. Might be pulling a bunch of OT working on the Hornet right now to get it out the door for early access. Then do the clean up of bugs on released aircraft. Kinda like RAZBAM focusing on the Harrier and leaving the Mirage bugs for fixing later... at least I hope they get back to it.
  18. @ FragBum, gotta ask. Why are you running iTunes and Chrome while flying in DCS? It unnecessarily bloats your system resources. Just seems odd is all.
  19. Good news, thanks for the update. Over to ED now to put it out...
  20. Thanks Svend. Good to know, I'll give it a try next time I'm flying.
  21. Not really for an aircraft that has short legs to start with and is based off a carrier with limited weight restrictions. They will probably refuel as soon as they are formed up or at some point on every mission. So it would be prudent to have the AAR skill earlier rather than later. My $.02 :D
  22. Me to, how is it different? I use 15 curve for pitch and roll and 20 for rudder.
  23. Dude... formatting. :music_whistling: That is tough to read. :book:
  24. Sweet, thanks for the info, didn't realize you could go full forward at that speed.
  25. Word. SA is vital. Too bad we can't setup up our flight in pre-flight and load a DTC with PPT's, waypoints, lines etc Perhaps something like the "the sim that shall not be named" Mind you we do have 8 minutes to set it all up...
