  1. Having better AI behavior for infantry would be ideal. Especially if ED were to move into the direction of ground vehicles and we were to get something like a BMP or Bradley.
  2. If DCS moves into ground combat, it'll be AFV simulation, not infantry.
  3. 4 different aircraft, with the M and the two-seater adding pretty distinct functionality, for $80 (Or really, $63) is pretty good. I wouldn't worry too much about the prices of other modules going up much if at all. There comes a point in which price becomes so prohibitive as to kill sales. DCS modules may very well be at that upper end. Especially with such an incredible line up. I got my MiG-21. I'm getting my A-6 Intruder. Anything else? I can wait. I am a patient man and I suspect I'm not alone. Once you get past the $60-$70 range for us nerds, impulse buying becomes a lot more uncommon. Once flight simming competes with other hobbies, interests, and especially responsibilities? It will lose. There's always going to be those who prioritize things over it. ED can't expect a huge plurality of its consumer base to be the "whales" as is the parlance in free-to-play and I don't believe they do. The idea of "If you don't like it, just don't buy it" is not a wise one to fall back on with such a niche part of the market. It's also not a part of ED's business they're all that dependent upon as, remember, their real bread and butter is with defense contracts; a sector which is (unfortunately) seeing quite a boom as of late. Commodities like entertainment don't see fluctuations like consumables such as fuel and food. So, let's take a deep breath, realize our concerns are not unfounded as everyone is quite unhappy with world economics at this time, but also realize that it's an equation which becomes incomplete without customers. Hiking prices could do that, so more than likely? Prices will stay stable here, at the very least.
  4. I'm not angry. Nope, I'm actually very calm right now. I'm not at all mad. No, that'd be unreasonable. Getting angry about a video game? Nah. I'd never get mad over something like that. Especially, a purchase. Nope. I am not actually angry at all. Oh dear, are those children out in the street having fun, I'd better go scream at them because I am just that not mad!
  5. My sleep paralysis demon now leaves me alone since I stay up at night thinking about Heatblur modules.
  6. No SRS here and it doesn't work. Excellent.
  7. If it's interesting, it'll find an audience, but that's provided the SMEs and input are available to make it as close to reality as possible.
  8. We really need a track to get some of that flight telemetry since, as @rossmum states, the -21 overspeeds at 1300. 1300kmh or Mach 2.1, whichever comes first. I think it's supposed to be 2.05, but I can get to 2.1 before it poofs.
  9. I was expecting a soft-reboot or remake of some kind, but it was a proper sequel. I loved it.
  10. If they're charging money for it, it's fair game. They state "first impressions" right in the title, too.
  11. Curly put in his work. It's too bad ED isn't reciprocating here.
  12. It reciprocates between "It's something we'd like to do" and "something we will do."
  13. I just noticed on the ED shop most stuff wasn't on sale for me. Seems to have been a minor and temporary server error.
  14. It seems like the sale ended early?
  15. I certainly wouldn't say no to an F-4F ICE.
  16. I think a lot of us are of the same mind. I certainly am to a degree.
  17. Same, but with a similar option as Hobel mentioned.
  18. All three are very intuitive. In my experience, Hornet and JF are the most, but as you can see there's a lot who disagree.
  19. Okay, thanks for correcting me on that one, at least. Still, could it be a side effect of it making those adjustments? Just throwing things at the wall.
