Except for intercom mode it wouldn’t be realistic. If they were the only one using a secure comm key is the only way I see it in rl. And I doubt they try that for security concerns.

I have every nod that was release prior to this time last year I’ve bought the us mods that were released between then and now Even thought I haven’t flown any in the past year. I’m planning on changing that after the new year if possible. I’m a usaf retired veteran and my likes follow suit. But I’m am us bread, born raised and when I die dead. But I’ll buy mods from dcs to help support them before I buy a ms. Product other than os because it is necessary to fly dcs and for oculus vr. Neither is supported on a MacOS. So if it appears that dcs is needing funds I’ll buy a mod or two you can’t take it with you. I was a civilian for20 years (birth until 20), a Gi for 20 years (20-40) then retired vet for 18 as of March 20 if I make it to March 2022 I’ll be happy with a three phase balanced life 20 civilian, 20 active, and 20 retired .

About something like this I’m not an expert and my syntax my be off. Trigger” continuous,condition. Altitude more than 50’, action set altitude to 50’. Thea Timon isn’t correctbut it may be set task or set command. Also you either have to define group altitude or do it individually for each ai ac.

What would the rio need as far as skills and mods. The one thing I wish the f-14 had was a ai pilot so a rio could practice. I know you have jester for the rear seat I’m not aware of the ai pilot although I have the mod I haven’t played with it since I’m not interest in being a carrier pilot.

After trying to join a few virtual squadrons a year ago without having enough ability to meet basic needs. So in reflection I recommend mastering the training missions for the aircraft interested in. Then any training campaigns for the airframe once that’s done then you should be able to fly with the online squadrons.

If I was you from personal experience I would get the a10c and c101 plus the nttr and Persian gulf maps to start with when I got in to dcs I bought everything I could some I never opened up a single time as I recall oh get the three A-10C training campaigns. The c101 is what the dcs academy uses for basic flight training from my research. I would and plan on doing it my self after trying to learn the huey a year ago I thought I was good enough to go multiplayer but it wasn’t I thought they would teach me but I didn’t have enough experience or ability in the huey. So I figure it’s better mastering the training missions and then I’ll join dcs academy to learn the rest before going to a virtual squadron.

I lost one of the little screws that attach the hat for the brake to the pedal anyone know the size of these screws I contacted tm but I’m not sure what’s going on and it’s keeping from flying.

I’m planning on doing a full review of the installation process and the comparison between the intial study stick and your inverted dome hat how it works etc in my blog over the next year. I’m hoping to finally get my blog running next year with the plan. To publish a post each Friday the post will be ready a month ahead of time if I’m on schedule the scheduled to be released on the actual day right now I finishing up January’s articles which they are five of. Once I’m ready I’ll let you know if I have any questions/problems and my intial thoughts on the difference, ease of transformation and how it compared to the before cougar and also to the warthog hotas. This maybe a little underhanded. But there used to be a way to save your track fileconvert it to a miz file and you have what you saw in the mission at least iirc. Then you could see how the did it want they call each unit/group/trigger zone then go into the triggers and see how they did them and if you make notes/remarks on a printed copy of the mission.miz file with in the mission name.miz renamedto missionname.zip then open the zip it gives you everything so you can print it out. I’m not saying this to steal their hard work but as a way to learn so you can create your own missions

Me if we get an upgrade I would like to see multi crew ability they have it in other two seat aircraft the yac, c-101 and others can load one human in one seat and another human in the other they share control why can’t the huey forget about manning the door gunners until you get the pilots in the same cockpit

My only negative comment is it seems it’s done tongue in cheek and unscripted.in a haps at it way. Imo the script should cover everything in a organized manor conveying each function of the module in a professional manor. You pass on good info but it’s hard getting it out. Think as if your a day one nugget that knows nothing. In cases like these it is best to start at the simple or beginning if there is a checklist and build upon them.

What is the best tutorial on the mission editor with out scripts going throug the module step by step describing everything in a concise organized manor. Also do several mini missions highlighting how to do the normal tasks the a finial mission that puts everything together each type of group with several groups so if you wanted to preform an action in just using the me no scripts there would be at least one way to do it in this mission. Then the next in the series would be a tutorial on using scripts and mist since must rely on it for theirs to work. Describing each item I. Mist then demonstrating how to us each then a full mission demonstrating the use of them in a mission. Next the same with ctld . Next moose. All done in a clear and organized start to end top to bottom coverage these tutorials should be scripted and the lead actor should be knowledgeable and the second actor should behave like he is learning or there to provide a novice viewpoint.

Unless the new server is different from the built in one. That just for starters
