  1. It looks like you have ghost inputs. If you are sure you don't have any, do a slow reapir.
  2. Get him into hover, switch to HB mode and set 0 alt. It will take some time, but he will land
  3. Maybe, maybe not. Stable gets its code from beta and some people had issues with previous versions. Whether it is a real bug or user error is impossible to say.
  4. Calling @AeriaGloria, calling AG. AG, please respond.
  5. Settings>Misc.>Show pilot body
  6. Disregard somewhat sloppy flying, I couldn't bother to set my controls for this short flight, but take a look at my track. No issues first 2 times, 3rd time I crashed. Only difference is controls position when I switched back to pilot seat. As soon as you move your controls Apache controls will go to where your physical controls are. Set them up where they should be for that flight regime, or close by, and you will be fine. Apache test.trk
  7. I did gentle turns and toppled the sight You should stop pointing how much smarter than everyone else you are. If anything, you should say thank you to AG for showing you how to fix sight once it's boken, which obviously you didn't know.
  8. Well, I don't think it's physically possible for sight to look that much back, so it is a bug. Even before all this, sight would always topple to the left. When we didn't know how to fix it, we would take new bird. Since it is an easy fix, now we just have to wait couple of minutes.
  9. Yep, reproduced and easily fixed.
  10. So, you bust the limits and then wonder why sight is not centered?! BTW, easy to fix, so sight will work as intended again.
  11. System knows where you are and in which direction you are looking. It can go in that direction for 9999m, so that's where it stores the point. And like the @TheGhostOfDefi said, track would be helpful.
  12. Sure, send some money to ED and they'll fix it for you, just like your mechanic. I don't know how many bug reports you have read, but there is not an insignificant percent where it turned out to be plain user error. Track/video helps separate genuine bugs from errors. Helps everyone save time.
  13. Maybe they don't know how to make one?
  14. Why wouldn't it be possible? Missile is getting position data from TADS via laser, not radar. Switching to nearby vehicle later on makes sense.
  15. Do you have any drawings of Raduga? What is your real life experience? Lazzy did mention something that is still to come to DCS Hind about how pilot can guide the missile boresighted. It has something to do with CPG releasing the handles and the springload back to center and that keeps sight centered. Not sure if there is any other switch that needs to be moved for this.
  16. I'll admit that I am an idiot and completely missed to connect those 2 rows regarding hover and low alt. Thanks for clarification
  17. IDK, but smoke trail does look huge for S-8. Again, it's really grainy video, so.....
  18. It's YT link • Firing MK66 in a hover or low speed at a height of less than 7 ft AGL, and for all other flight conditions of 5 ft AGL, is not authorized. and • Due to the possibility of surging the engines, do not fire rockets from inboard stations. Fire no more than pairs with two outboard launchers every three seconds, or fire with only one outboard launcher installed without restrictions (ripples permitted). If I misunderstood something, I apologize.
  19. I'm guessing you did not switch sight select to TADS. It's a hat on RHG.
  20. I finally did some testing. Doing 150 kph, which is really not that fast for the Hind, pulling up and firing long salvos, I finished with 100 kph on the clock. Did another test, flying level at 80 kph and firing long salvos, nothing happened.
  21. It's really grainy video, but nevertheless, manual prohibits firing of ANY rocket type below 100 kph. That's good enough for me. Unless you have proof that rocket salvo will not result in engine shutdown, ED shouldn't change a thing. As AG said, even with slowing down, it still had quite a speed at left exit turn. That's not the same. BTW, did you know that Apache has the same "no rockets from hover" limit?
  22. Vertical speed cue? Or are you talking about acceleration cue?
  23. If I were you, I would trim more often than SAS saturated messages prompts. By the time message is there you have already lost SAS authority.
  24. Well, if you cant prove it won't happen, I'll stick with manufacturer's limitation, TYVM
