I have an issue with the radar screen and the targeting pod screen. When the radar is activated, the target indicator starts moving to the right continuously without stopping. Additionally, when selecting the targeting pod screen, the targeting pod begins to rotate endlessly. Here is a video showing the issue. Untitled video - Made with Clipchamp.mp4

21NSQD | Recruitment Letter | 10/03/2022 Our squadron is operating with member countries of the NATO and therefor allows a wide range of available airframes for all types of operations. Our goal with the 21NSQD is to provide a high standard of training, exercises, and operations to complete combined with fun and lots of events. Note: The 21NSQD is currently a German based squadron (all leaders are from a German-speaking country) but we also want to have members from all over the world. In order to apply for our squadron, you have to meet certain requirements which are listed below: Minimum age of 16 years Minimum 150 hours of flight hours in your main airframe (Goal: You need to be experienced with your airframe) Keyboard or HOTAS (HOTAS is preferred) Good English knowledge We also provide training for specific airframes for new pilots without any flight experience in DCS. If you choose to join our squadron as a new aviator, the minimum flight hours do not apply to the minimum requirements. For already experienced pilots, you have to complete a basic course, which is the “V1 Checkride Course”. In this course, we will provide basic information about our workflow in our squadron for you to study. All the contents in the checkride course will be checked in a theoretical and practical assessment. This allows us to get a better view on a possible new pilot for our squadron. With this checkride we want to check the following things: Airframe fundamentals General workflow Teamwork Current knowledge If we think you're a match for our squadron, we'll let you know and talk about goals we want to achieve with you in our squadron. We plan to improve your hard & soft skills, procedures and working in a team to get good effects in our operations. For squadron members, we provide various options for further education, which includes: [V1] Qualified Airman (completed once you have completed the checkride) [COQ] Carrier Ops Qualification [QLSO] Qualified Landing Signal Officer (NEW -> Currently W.I.P) [V2] Qualified Flight Lead [V3] Qualified Instructor If you want to join our squadron, make sure to visit our Website & Discord Server. If you have any questions, feel free to ask one of our project leaders. Welcome to JTF-111! We offer: -Weekly handmade wing-wide custom missions -Weekly training with our experienced aviators in your squadron airframe -3 Training servers and 1 dynamic campaign server running 24/7 -Most importantly, good people to fly with Overview We feature active F/A-18c, F16c and F15E squadrons. We operate in the EST time zone, with trainings on Tuesdays and missions on Saturdays at 2000. We are focused on handmade PvE missions nearly every week where we work together as a team to accomplish objectives. Our skilled mission designers produce detailed missions with realistic scenarios to provide the most immersive experience possible in DCS. We often fly other airframes as well including the F14, A10cII and Apache. Many of our members have aviation experience and are former or active duty. A typical mission would be preceded by a mission brief where all aspects of the mission are briefed. Detailed planning is organized by the squadron CO/DOs beforehand. We fly as a flight to the objective, use mulitship tactics to accomplish our mission, reform if we separate, and RTB back to base in formation. We use military brevity when possible during missions but are relaxed outside of it. We then review the mission on Tacview afterwards and try to learn from our mistakes. Training night We have four servers available 24/7 with custom-made training scenarios on each of the major maps. These training servers offer static ranges, spawnable ranges including SAM ranges, redfor aircraft, tankers and a BFM area. We do a squadron overview of the intended training goals before hitting the servers and practicing. We also feature a custom dynamic campaign handbuilt for our servers and available 24/7. This features convoy hunting, anti-ship, SEAD, strike, SCAR and CAP missions. Who we are looking for: aviation enthusiasts who enjoy engage flying in a group. You do not need to be the best pilot in the world, we would rather have someone who puts forth the effort and regularly participates. We have training materials on everything from ATC comms to BVR tactics to get you up to speed. Every Tuesday, our experienced aviators get together to practice their squadron jet. Our pilots don’t need to complete a complex training regimen prior to be deemed mission ready – just a familiarization to get you familiar with our basic procedures prior to going out. So come, give us a shot. Requirements: HOTAS Headtracking or VR 19 or older Consistent attendance (though we recognize real life comes first) If you are interested in joining please check out our discord: https://discord.gg/bSEf587B73

After the experience of AV8B and M2000C, will RAZBAM make F15E like these two planes, will frequently change the system operation content, which will increase the learning time and cost. I would love to ask RAZBAM official staff to answer this question. Can you guys give us an accurate simulation of the F15E?

Greetings, The Virtual Airforce (VAF) is a virtual fighter squadron that operates in DCS. We are a milsim-lite group focused on multi-airframe operations and camaraderie. Our well-established European wing boasts an average member age of 30+, creating a mature environment. VAF currently has operational squadrons flying the F-15E, F-16C, F/A-18C, AV8B. We recently opened a dedicated F-4E Phantom II squadron as well. Twice weekly, these squadrons conduct a mix of formal training and operational deployments. We welcome new and experienced pilots to lead additional airframes. We also seek dedicated ATC controllers - ground, tower, approach, GCI, and JTAC - to establish a controller unit within VAF. This key role has proven difficult to fill. If our squadron appeals to you, please connect with me for introductions. We look forward to welcoming fellow aviators and controllers into our ranks! https://discord.gg/virtualairforce

¡Hola!

Hello all, i don´t know where this belong to... Weapon error or Module error.... or maybe my mistake. After an attack with 12x CBU 97 weapon my whole DCS.log is full of this Info message. And because of writing this info into Log my DCS beginn to stutter very bad. If i use F16 on this, no problem in DCS log file. Maybe someone can help on this. dcs.log

First I'm glad the mirrors adjust now, but when I turn my head there's a ghost helmet that flashes in and out. Depending which mirror I look at. Also, when I lean forward into mirror the image on the mirror gets smaller and when I move back the image on the mirror gets bigger.

the caution lights for some reason after cold start are very dim and hard to read when the sun is glaring them, can someone help me fix that?

I couldnt find anything in the forums about GBU 39s and if they might come to DCS. I also hope this is the right place to put this kind of thing. With the F15E coming, Im hoping to this will be a thing in the near future.

Hi ED, Just thinking as most of the manuals are released early on in the development process it is only natural that things change and gets updated in the build process. Would it be possible to include revision status in all of the manuals for each aircraft as well as a line in the margin of the areas updated or added as is done in real aviation manuals. TIA Krazyj

1 Press of bound key/Left ctrl E causes ejection from front Solo option set in back not working correctly PLT ejects both PLT and WSO when solo mode set. WSO can initiate ejection and it ejects both PLT and WSO. WSO controller keybinds not working as ejection button Any bound keys on HOTAS not working as ejection button. While working through one of sedlo's amazing missions, it requires a GBU point track on 2 trucks, firstly, it wont let me box CDES, which is my understanding is required for moving targets, and this has happened a few times, resetting mission sometimes fixes, but in none of the missions ive tried, not one occasion have i been able to get an active point track to grab a moving target, does it even work atm? or am i missing something.. simple undoubtedly..

Does anyone have a layout for how the F15E should be binded using the Thrustmaster A10 Hotas? Any help would be great!

I updated the other day, yet i dont remember seeing anything in the changelog for the F15 (was pretty small update), but now i cant select my A/A radar with the castle switch long. The lines indicating SOI at the bottom pop up for a second, then disappear. Doesnt matter if its on Left or Right screen. Essentially making the plane unusable for me at the moment. I recently installed DCC (digital crew chief, dynamic campaign), but dont see how that should effect the functioning of the module, it does require changing the mission lua, to make it persistant, but again, doubt theyre related? I got CAMs, T45, A4, A6 & Tacview installed, so pretty much Vanilla Open Beta. Stick is Virpil Constellation Alpha, and the binding worked previously (as in, at launch, not sure if this bug has been present from patch before, or the latest hotfix) Anyone else got this problem? F15E Cant select aa.trk

WEW Lads are looking for new members!!! Aircrafts: F/A-18, F14 Pilot/RIO, F15c, F15e Pilot/WSO, and F16 Requirements: Mic, 18+ (we can work 16+, but we will interview you), Be able to purchase maps like Syria/Nevada/Persian Gulf, If you fly F18 or F14 you must have Super Carrier, Be able to show up to missions We Are a NA based Squadron and our op times are at 9pm EST on Wednesdays. We also host Arma ops that correlate to the DCS ops every Thursday at 9pm EST. We do like to have fun and also randomly hold game nights. We understand that life is a priority and don't expect you to give up your life when joining our squad. We don't make our members remember manuals or watch slides as we are all adults and have other things to take care of. If you do wish to join the group keep please the time zone in mind as well as the following rules. Take Missions seriously and don't purposely throw the mission. While we are not a full blown realism unit, we would still qualify us as MilSim. Our playstyle is set up for people who want to fly a realistic campaign in DCS without joining a full blown realism unit. You will be expected to talk on the radio relatively correctly and to take the scenarios seriously. We will not have a rank structure nor a chain of command. Mods are simply around to moderate, not to boss you around. Before joining the Campaign please pick an aircraft you are willing to fully commit to. This should be an aircraft that you are either willing to learn or are already proficient in. This aircraft should also be something that you are willing to fly for the main campaigns in the group. Due to the nature of DCS we would prefer people to stick to an aircraft. That being said, there will be opportunities in fun events/side missions for people to fly other aircraft, as well as different campaigns that may require different aircraft. You will not be allowed to fly in the campaign unless you picked an aircraft ahead of time. Before playing the campaign with us you must complete a check flight. This is not a daunting task and we don't want to fail you. We just want to know that you are confident enough in your airframe to fly in a mission. We require an attendance rate of 2 Ops per month. If you do not meet this rate you will be removed from the group. There are obvious exceptions to this such as family issues or even exams for schools. We are not expecting you to sacrifice your real life for this group, but you joined the group to play, so play. People who have just joined and have not passed their check flight have 1 week to at least attempt a check flight (if no one can do your check flight in that week for some reason an exception will be made) if you do not pass this check flight, the week resets. Once again, we are not expecting you to sacrifice your real life for this group, but you joined to play. *********************************Edit******************************************** Wew Lads has started a new campaign, and its not too late to join!! There has been a bunch of changes to our schedule and we are adding more op days other than Wednesdays. All ops will still occur at 9pm EST. We are in deep need of F-15 pilots, but all airframes are welcomed! As mentioned in the days below, there will be mods but the baseline of the mods are F16, F14, F15E, F15C, FA18 Mondays - Historical Missions or other side missions (focus will be on missions outside of whatever era we are currently playing in) Currently our focus is on the 80s, recreating missions from the falklands, Iran Iraq war, and the 1982 Lebanon war. This will include airframes like theF- and Harrier **Wednesdays** - Regular Modern Ops with modded aircrafts like the f22, f15ex, CJS F18 Super Hornet and even mod weapons for the F-14 to have aim174s and aim120s. These ops will be ran a little different though, as all the airframes will be running their own missions in a air space with the rest of the other airframes. Thursdays- Arma ops that will coincide with Wednesday ops. Saturdays - Exactly the same as Wednesdays, except they will take place at night. Other Side Campaigns - Random ops like Inherent Resolve missions that will be hosted on days voted by the members attending. The front seat of the F15E does not have this problem, and the rear seat only TPOD aiming pod target designation control is reversed. I don't know if joystick users will have this problem. By the way, the air conditioning of the F15E is noisy
