I wish they would fix this. Damn annoying to have to delete your profile files and re-map the lot time and time again, just because the odd mapping fault.

It's no hassle at all! Check out ExamDiff Pro

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

To clarify, a radar display for player-controlled SAM units as provided for in the DCS: Combined Arms module.

1. HUD and doppler not repaired.

2. Seems like new bug with 1.2.7 -- with the default frequency of 124.000 the ABRIS update of Ka-50 wingmen quits working after about 5-10 minutes.

3, Orange 'missing texture' skin problem if custom skins are used.

i just hope the beta doesn't go for 2 months again.

I really prefer it when software updates gradually, one fix at a time - each week ~

mind you im thankful we get updates and fixes full stop :)

That will not happen, you can not release stuff in a proper manner that fast. The organisational overhead would be too big, I would assume.

But instead that is what beta phases are for, as there are bugs to be expected and fixed and that things are not going 100% smooth all the time. So, the rate of released patches will be the fastest during beta phase.

edit:

But, yeah, I too wished that they would release a fix for every bug we encounter the next day ... :o)

You know how many testers it takes to test a fix to completion in less than one week?

Besides that, building installers and all the other stuff that comes with a release creates overhead. This is just not feasible.

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

but they are kind of on and off, usually when theres a big update they update 20 more times to fix all the things the update broke.

No they don't.

They release patches like every body else.

Added FREE TF-51D for DCS World!

Improvements to the multiplayer scoring system.

TF-51D? That is a twin-seater!? Multi-Crew with 1.2.8?? :pilotfly::pilotfly:

this is pretty neat, in PvP servers players should now get the kill regardless of if the person shot jumps to spectators or quits ;)
